Working with Roy Rogers Heating & Air has been such an easy, transparent process and I highly recommend them. I originally spoke with Dustin (an owner) who was open and honest about the process to have our furnace fixed and how much it would cost! We have dealt with other companies who are very cagey about pricing, but Dustin was transparent from the beginning. His transparency was the biggest selling point in having them do the work for us.

The service was performed by Tyler, who was experienced and professional throughout the repair. He even took time to discuss the repair and a potential future job we are interested in pursuing. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Dustin, Tyler, and this company overall! We will definitely be continuing to do business with them going forward, and highly recommend to anyone who might need HVAC services.

Each time I've called I am met with a helpful voice! Melissa is the first star of the show, she listens to your needs and tries to work you in as quick as possible. I've met two techs and both were friendly, done the job, cleaned up, didn't up-sale. I've used other companies and just have not had the 5 start service that I got here. Thank you, wish I'd found you 3 years ago!

I have had Roy the owner as my HVAC guy for years he is simply amazing professional and always accommodating his team is amazing as well through I have had a few of them everyone is so professional and warm and welcoming very knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done and gets it done in a timely manner

Roy Rodgers is the best. The techs are highly competent, knowledgeable and respectful. They have done several repairs on furnaces in several of our homes and have always fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I have never worked with better HVAC contractors. And their prices are reasonable to boot. Can’t speak highly enough about them. We are moving to AZ and I wish I could take them with us.

Roy Rogers is the BEST. The customer service representatives here are caring and responsive at midnight! Dispatch followed up and sent out Cody the same afternoon. Cody diagnosed my problem within minutes and promptly completed the repair at a great price. Cody was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. So thankful to have cool air in this heat. Thank you!

Cody was my technician. These guys are amazing. Very thorough with what they do. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Roy has been my heatpump guy for at least 14 years. Second Goodman outdoor unit died January. Last unit went through 3 coils under warranty...all coil leaks, last one out of warranty. New Trane 5TWR7 17 seer installed today, the guys were great. I enjoyed being around them.
Gladly I bought the extended warranty with this one..love the Trane..

Showed up early-clean, well spoken and friendly. Knew pretty much immediately what the problem was but investigated thoroughly and fixed my heating issue! I. In One hour I had heat on a very cold Saturday. I’ll call them again!

We called Roy Rogers last week in regards to Hvac replacement and Dustin was extremely thorough explaining the different options and prices. He was very kind and prompt when answering questions or concerns. We got scheduled for our install in less than a week. The install and whole house duct cleaning only tool about 5 hours when I was expecting it to take all day. I love that they assembled a new base for our a/c and the high rise legs will make cleaning around it very easy. The new unit is almost double the size of our previous and is also very aesthetically pleasing. Everyone who was here was very professional, considerate, and nice. Also, Brittney, i think her name is, from the office is very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys over the big name companies. Thank you so much!!!

It’s been two months since these beautiful AC units were installed. We are especially thankful for our cool home these past few weeks!

We met Roy when we were in the process of selling our old home in March. He was professional, transparent, honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was easy to trust and answered several questions. We knew who we wanted to call when we needed to replace the units at our new home in the near future.

Just a few weeks later, we invited Dustin, Roy’s son, into our new home for a consult. We immediately felt at ease. He spent a significant amount of time patiently teaching us all about the various types/sizes/features of AC units. My husband and I felt prepared to make an informed decision. His offer was far better than local competitors. We saved thousands of dollars & had the most pleasant experience. Dustin is genuine, hardworking, personable, & an excellent communicator.

A team of at least 6-7 men arrived the morning of April 12 and completed the double unit install by 1pm. They cautiously moved through our home to protect our floors and walls & were mindful to not leave anything in our yard that could pose a threat to our dog. We were impressed by their product, efficiency, teamwork, and professional demeanor.

We love the wide base, raised feet, and easy to clean design of these Trane units!

This evening when I got home from work, I noticed our upstairs unit was not running. I called to see if someone could help me troubleshoot the issue & Dustin reached out in less than 20 minutes. Once again, he taught me how to be a better homeowner by simply checking the batteries in the thermostat. 😜 Easy fix & incredible customer service!

Wow! What can I say! Cody's work spotlighted the substandard service from the other company!!! My plan is to use Roy Rogers going forward! Cody was great to work with! He was very considerate and took time to listen when my 94 year old father spoke to him or asked him anything. He explained things to me and kept me informed on what he was doing!!!

Roy and son are very caring individuals - taking my phone call late on a Friday afternoon, responding quickly, trying to troubleshoot over the phone and then coming on Saturday morning to check out the furnace, determine what was wrong, went and got the parts and came back and fixed. The guy I had come out Friday morning said I needed a new furnace because the heat exchanger was bad but salesman couldn’t come out until MONDAY - RRALLY - it’s cold outside and in the house as well - and not until MONDAY! So…I will NEVER use Godby Heating again -I’m going to use Roy Roger from now on because they care and provide real SERVICE and saved me a whole lot of money by fixing my Trane furnace.

It’s nice to find an HVAC company that still has great service and fair prices. Called Roy Rogers Heating & Air for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. Melissa was great too. A++ experience.

Listennnn I’m very satisfied, Cody was My tech and he was great he explained everything from the beginning to the end and I seen results immediately no joke three guys have looked at my furnace and everybody Said I should be feeling heat anytime took my money and no heat. Heat was coming out before Cody left. I haven’t felt that At least 2/3months my heat was on 89 and my house is reading 60🥶 He solved the problem within 20/30 minute And Me being a woman I thought oh Lord, this is about to be a problem and he ease my mind just that quick & now and I’m going on with my day, coming home to a warm house later thanks, Cody
