I worked with Kyle and his team to replace the heating & air systems in my house in Fishers. They were responsive, professional, communicative, and reasonably priced. I had multiple other companies out to bid the job and am happy I decided to go with Stark Mechanical. They were able to get my equipment ordered and installed within just a few days during one of the hottest months of the year. Would recommend them to anyone in the area!

My AC broke in the dead of the summer. I called Stark Mechanical and they were out at my house the very next morning to replace my unit. I had AC within 24 hours of calling them. They were very nice, thorough & affordable.

It is really important to work with someone you trust that is honest and communicates well and tells you what to expect and then delivers on it. When things go wrong you need to have someone you can trust, as trust to me is the most important currency. This trust is developed by communicating when they will arrive, showing up then, having the experience and competency to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and giving you options and taking the time to explain them, fixing the issue, following up to make sure everything is working well. Working with someone who is not interested in just fixing your issue today but establishing and building a relationship for the future, it is the care that shows to me they are serious about taking care of our family. We had a problem with our upstairs A/C. I spoke with Kyle and we scheduled a time to come out and look at the A/C. Once here, Kyle was very knowledgeable and very willing to help us with our problem. Kyle explained that we need a new A coil in our upstairs unit. Kyle got the unit back up and running us and is currently putting a quote together for us. They evaluated the issue with our failed AC unit the same day we called them, and had it replaced within 24 hours. I highly recommend them to anyone.
