I can’t recommend them enough! They came out immediately and replaced our water heater. Being without hot water for a family of 5 means no dishwasher, laundry, or baths!!! Their prices are extremely fair and their service is great. Glad we found them.

Stark mechanical was absolutely the best service I have ever received! Very knowledgeable and never had a feeling like I was getting screwed over!! Unlike Mr Quick or Williams Comfort Air trying to automatically sell you a new unit..this company told you the truth! They promptly fixed my older unit that works perfectly now but recommended a new unit with great financing options when or if it fails..Highly recommended! Never get swayed buy a company with an advertisement budget!!! I’ll stick with Stark Mechanical!!!

Kyle Stark was recommended by my friend who knows houses. A different company told me my heat exchanger had failed and I would be out $4000+ on mostly labor even with the part under warranty. Kyle quoted me a lower number to replace the whole furnace than that and a much lower amount to replace the heat exchanger. He came over when he said he would, took a look, and lo and behold my heat exchanger looks "almost new." He advised me to get a low to the ground carbon monoxide detector and assured me that my system is good and safe to use.
He drastically lowered my stress level and now I have an honest HVAC guy to call. Honestly, it's like having a trustworthy dentist who'll tell you you need fillings before you need root canals.

He didn't upsell me.
He respected my time.
He didn't talk down to me.

I had a very poor experience with Adam. We communicated through email only. I gave him my address up front and was assured he serviced my area. I was also within the zip code distance for the Groupon offer. I felt like I was communicating with 2 different people in our emails. I would schedule and get a very bright and cheerful confirmation email but on the day of I would get a 1 line email letting me know he would not be coming. This is after I have sent a confirmation email the day before confirming our appointment for the next day and would get a cheerful email confirming my appointment for the next day. The cancellations would come way after the scheduled time and after I attempted to call but only got sent straight to voicemail each time. I went through this 3 times. After the 3rd cancellation I contacted Groupon to get a refund. His 3rd email to me stated I lived to far for which I replied, but I have sent you my address many times and you confirmed to me I was in your service area. Well to that email I got no reply.
