Been dealing with Ken Maddox heating and air for over 25 years. Ken Maddox was emphasis on was a somewhat honest and decent man. Now with his passing I would not recommend you to use Maddox heating and Air for any of your needs for service or installation. The legacy of Ken Maddox has died with Ken Maddox. Just to inform all the loyal customers that he has had through the years. Rest in peace, Kenneth Henson Maddox

My septic system was installed the same day that the HVAC guys were doing work in my house being built. I even saw one of the HVAC guys go over to my septic guys and speak with them about installing the AC Unit, since it was on the same side as the septic field and septic tank. I had a construction fence up for the entire build of the house and not one sub-contractor entered the field area. The fence was down for less than 12 hours, and these lazy HVAC guys drove right through my septic field and nicely graded yard so they didn’t have to carry the unit more than 5-10 ft. The county and state are now involved because the field might be compromised. I have contacted the company to speak to the owner with no response. Taylor Homes hired these guys and will be responsible for any costs/issues that arise. I live in Hendricks County and it is very difficult to get the septic permit approved and I thought I was all done with that and now these lazy and incompetent guys have created problems that should have never happened.

On January 10th, Dinzova Cherpat came to our house to see why we had no heat. He was efficient, thorough, and explained our issue in terms I could understand. Sadly, we needed a new heat pump; however, he was able to bypass our old heat pump and set us up with emergency heat until we could get e new unit installed. We were so grateful. Joe Zimmerman installed our new unit today. I’m, once again, very pleased with the service we received from AirTron. Joe was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and got the system installed in a matter of hours. He explained all the components to me, and we’re good to go. We’ve worked with AirTron a number of times and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful to work with.

Luis Duren Garcia—The guy was great! Nice customer service, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Performed a tune-up on our furnace and found a part that wasn’t working. It was a simple and quick for him. Send him to our house for HVAC service every time!

The Technician Alberto Gonzalez is the best. He came twice to our place to investigate a noise when the heater was turning on. The second time he came with Jean Latus and they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, clearly explained the issue, and made sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend their service.

Prompt, Professional, and Exceptional Service from Sammy at Airtron!

Sammy Puia from Airtron in Indiana was superb, prompt, professional, and highly attentive. His consideration and care were genuinely appreciated. He quickly identified the furnace issue and resolved it efficiently. Sammy was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

I’ve been meaning to write this review a while ago but late December during the holiday season I was visiting family and their furnace went out and when I say we were distraught by this!! We called to have service and the miss Bennett arrived I think her first name was Miracle because when she came in I think it may have taken around an hour maybe hour and a half and she had the house back warm and toasty and in Chicago your heat truly matters so contact them! Ask for Ms. Bennett!!!!

We had an our furnace tune up. Miracle Bennett was on time, friendly, professional, kept the area clean and went out of her way to ensure I understand everything and didn’t have any questions. It is wonderful to have someone come out who genuinely cares about her job and the services being provided.

Chris was very efficient, personable and very informative. Would have him fix HVAC anytime. Great man.

Lowell was fantastic to work with. He showed me how to set the humidifier correctly, and he recommended a much better replacement. He even went beyond my request and made an adjustment on the furnace. I very much appreciated his thorough explanations. He was very friendly and easy to interact with. I highly recommend is services.

Was an amazing installer, very knowledgeable & talked us through each & every process he was going though including all the various checks he was doing.

He was able to get approval to change out a newly installed Ecobee thermostat that was faulty & Airtron covered it under our warranty.

Really appreciate the detail Airtron provides. We have used Airtron for close to 5 years now. They do our annual maintenance. Spent time listening to our concerns and walked us through all the work completed. I highly recommend!

We had our winter maintenance done yesterday. I had a several questions and Tech David Rasnic explained multiple factors and helpful details that I was not aware of. He was thorough and helped me adjust filter to a better option for us to have clean air and save money. I am thankful for the yearly service plan, the prompt assistance when we had system problem in October, and David and Jean (new tech in training) helping me still learn details. They checked thoroughly and took their time to recheck, found problem, troubleshooting and fixed it. David is the head trainer and he is very good with the new tech. Both men were friendly, professional, took their time as needed for complete check and care. Thanks men!

We had a Tune Up service and we were very happy with our technician. Ryan Carlton was very professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations on filters and helped us feel at ease about our system.

Miracle Bennett came to my house today for our scheduled maintenance; she completed the service thoroughly, explained clearly, and offered helpful advice on east we can improve our home going forward.
