My heater quit on the coldest day of the year. They fit me into their schedule and had it running again quickly.

We had an emergency AC issue late at night. Indianapolis Heating & Cooling came to the rescue and had everything fixed fast. I was so grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness. This company truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend them!

I had called Annee Mechanical for help with my HVAC system problem the guy mark answered all my questions and his prices were more than fair .I have not had any issues since he fixed my system I would highly recommend using this company .

Installed faulty parts that froze up within 2 weeks. The parts were supposed to be new and under warranty.
Mark wouldn't return calls or come back to replace.
Still no AC.
I will never recommend him and I will bash his poor service to anyone that asks for a referral.

Mark is timely and efficient. He made sure everything worked before he left. He was fast and reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Will be using him again in the future. 10/10
