I would definitely would recommend Indy Home Comfort Solutions to anyone. We had some issues with our Purifier System and a few other issues. Steve, the owner; definitely resolved and sent Austin out to take care of all our issues. Our family can not say enough good things about this company A+++ If you or a family member needs any assistant with your HVAC or Plumbing....call them. Great People!! New replacement installed new furnace and A/C plus ductwork cleaning. Friendly crew did a great job. Very pleased.

I purchased a 52 year old townhouse that basically had no attic insulation remaining. Steve provided an estimate that addressed the very same concerns which were in my inspection report--but he hadn't seen the report! Therefore, I trusted his expertise right away. The temperature difference upstairs is noticeable. It was definitely money well-spent with a reputable company.

Did a great job opening airvents and evaluating dehumidifier. Got ac up and running. I had him talk to my son to explain what was wrong with dehumidifier.

Air con quit working last evening. After calling their after hours #, Justin called me promptly to ask questions and to set up an appointment for the next morning (my request since I didn't consider this an emergency, and didn't feel the need to bring someone out that night). Arrived when he said he would, and after changing out a few parts(which were definitely needing replaced) he still couldn't get the compressor to kick on. Rather than call it a day, he did a further investigation and found a loose wire connecting to the compressor that must have worked loose while trying to cycle on and off last evening due to a faulty capacitor. After staying around and running it through a few cycles to make sure things were OK, I was up and running again. Justin has serviced my unit several times, and he is always professional and thorough, and happy to answer an questions. I'm a happy customer.

Very professional and took the time to explain everything. Asked if I had any other questions and gave tips on what to look for called on a Wednesday and had part and was up and running on Thursday great job

Austin came out immediately on a Friday night and had our heat running correctly within an hour.

As always, great service. My furnace went out on a Sunday. I called and they were here in about a hour. Wow! Great Techs and Great communication skills. So reasonable priced. I recommend Indiana home comfort solutions to everyone that asks about HVAC service.

The tech showed up on time and was very polite and showed me some parts to be replace and did a good job

The 50 year old ductwork below the concrete slab collapsed due to old age.
New ductwork was creatively installed through a closet then into the rooms.
The finished work exceeded our expectations. We're very happy

Austin T. Kramanos just fixed (and upgraded) my 13 year old Carrier HVAC. He did an excellent and efficient job in making the repairs. Austin explained what needed to be repaired in advance of the fix, and offered some great advice to keep it up and running. It's nice to have a "cool" home again - Thank you!

Routine maintenance check revealed a suspect part. Technician explained the options and consequences. I made the decision to replace the part which he had with him and completed on the same visit. I have been a customer of IHCS for more than 20 years and they continue to provide honest, quality work at a competitive price.

Austin does a good job as a tech. He is always on time and does a good job communicating what he is doing and what he sees. He is very respectful of our home and when he is inside always puts the boot covers on to make sure your floors don't get tracked up. He is the kind of person you want working in your home.
