Staff was very friendly and were able to quickly determine the parts I needed. They didn't have the parts in stock, but were able to get them very quickly. I had my AC fixed within a couple days! I couldn't be happier with their service!

The employees were so sweet and answered all my questions. They were the greatest and I will return soon!

We Was sold a furnace motor & bracket. The bracket didn't fit,was told SORRY FOR YOUR LUCK,NO RETURNS!!!!!......had to EAT 300+ $$$......

Tried calling for a part was told I'd be on hold for 5 min, and never heard back. Tried calling again and went to voicemail. Must be rich enough to not want any new business.

And the most important they open when others are closed.
They are open till 3 pm on Saturdays.

Surplus of supplies for any trade, surprised by the neat stuff, I would love to spend all day in here. They are very helpful and super nice. I’ll definitely be back

I was going to order on Amazon but with the cold weather coming I decided I couldn't wait. They had the parts I needed and even beat the Amazon prices. He was very helpful. I will be back. From now on I will check there first. I am grateful to have heat.

Great place to find parts in a pinch! Gas valve was cheaper than other larger local suppliers and board was just marked Amazon type board but didn’t have to wait for it to be shipped when it was cold out! Would’ve been five stars if capacitor prices were not so high.

I’m very upset. Upon calling a professional to come out and see why the new board I was sold was not working properly, it was discovered to be a counterfeit ICM board I was sold today 2/17/26. I was led to believe it was the one I was looking for an ICM282A and was not given any hint that it would be anything but that. I found this place on google with decent reviews. I, as a homeowner, don’t exactly know what I’m looking at brand wise so this could easily be overlooked.

I felt like I was held at the checkout to give them a 5 star review for a $10 discount, which is easy enough and worth $10 to do. I see why they have that now. They bribe you to give them a good review to trump up their overall score.

I feel I was taken advantage of and sold an inferior Chinese piece of garbage and once again have to suffer through another night and day without heat. Thanks but no thanks.

Must be why they also express an absolute zero return policy.

From a quick inspection, once trained what to look for, one can see a distinct difference in the actual name brand board and the counterfeit just in the name plaques in the upper left hand corners.

They suck

Great food good drinks and super place to watch a game

Our AC was not cooling down our office. We found JMI Mechanical on a Google search. Everything was fast and easy from the booking the appointment to their team walking us through the process. Sam was great and took care of business. I highly recommend them.

They have replaced several heating and ac units at speedway baptist church they have done amazing

Austin came over to my house, was very professional and helpful! He answered all of my questions, and even educated me on what to look out for in the future. Would highly recommend!

Justin was my technician for today. He is always very courteous and very helpful. He was able to answer a lot of my questions and he always does a very great job and always leaves everything clean. He always puts everything back. This technician goes beyond the call of duty and is very excellent and I would like to have him be my technician every time very knowledgeable and very easy to explain things and very helpful. This technician does a great job and I feel very comfortable. Knowing that I am in great hands as far as all my equipment at home this company is very trustworthy and gives me peace of mind. Thank you very much for such an outstanding employee. Thank you for the excellent service I received today and I usually receive excellent service every time.
