Maintence on my HVAC system performed . Arrived on time . Excellent pricing and dealt with a very professional technician .. Very smooth process. It was a no brainer to sign up for another year of maintenance based off the excellent service I received. Thank you for providing honest service !!! I have been a loyal customer to this company for many years. I always ask for Austin. He is professional, knowledgeable and is happy to answer questions and think outside the box. I had to replace my furnace and this company again didn’t fail me. They arrived on time, and met my every expectation. Thank you for your service to our community. Furnace failed. Called Indy Home Comfort Solutions, got a same day appointment. Technician, Austin came out and inspected our furnace. We had suspected what the issue was and he actually confirmed it. Gave us options. With the age of our old system we decide to move forward with a new furnace. They are reasonably priced, non pressured, efficient and timely. Bonus for us, military friendly. I feel extremely confident with our new furnace and it's installation. I would recommend IHCS and Austin. He answered all of our questions. Gave us tips to help our system run more efficiently.

Called indy home comfort when my furnace was no longer working properly. Weather was not the best and was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours. Austin Karamanos arrived diagnosed the problem and explained all of options. He made sure we had heat and unit was operating safely. We decided to have Indy Home Comfort install a new furnace. Austin came out an installed the new furnace and once again explained everything he was going to do and after he was completed. He went over the operation and explained the benefits of a Maintenance and labor warranty. Fantastic job great customer service. Thank you very much Austin and Indy Home Comfort. You will be my HVAC company from now on

If you don't use McVey, you're going to pay too much! Mr. McVey is an honest man and knows his profession. Thank you McVey for fixing my AC!

McVey is very unprofessional no uniforms or anything. The Owner RON was wearing flip flops on the job site. McVey also uses what ever Parts they can throw together which will void most manufacturers warranties. They released R-22 refrigerant into the atmoshere which is Federally illegal and bad for the enviroment. It also took them 8 days to come and do the required replacement and then did not finish the job. While on my property the OWNER RON used vulgar language and Profanity. He was also intocicated you could smell it on his breath. You can also tell that they are very unprofessional by the way they answer the buisness phone, NO Hi how are you, name of who you are talking to or anything. Every time I called the company to see when it would be scheduled for repair I had to remind the OWNER RON what work had to be done at my address. This is probably why they tried to install a Heatpump on my house and that is not what was required. They will over charge you for everything and Patch quilt your system together. TERRIBLE company not sure how they stay in buisness it must be all the call backs that they charge people for that keeps them going.

We were very pleased with their service. They thoroughly investigated the problem and were very good about explaining what was wrong and what options were available to fix it. Work was performed as promised and on time with reasonable costs. Our new AC system works great. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a furnace go out after hours. I called a few place and these guys were by far the most reasonable. They were at my house in less than an hour, very honest, quick and professional. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Then came the bill which was actually less than I was even quoted over the phone. Next time I'll save the searching for a heating & cooling guy, and call these guys first.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional, and rude. Every correspondence I've had with the McVey employees has left me confused and disappointed. Each repair they've made has been a work-around, and has not resolved the entire issue. They are one of the contractors used by 2-10 Home-Buyers Warranty Company, and it is unfortunate that 2-10 has this association with such an unprofessional business. I am still waiting for "a part to come in" for McVey to fix my AC. If I find that their customer service and professionalism improves, and that the issue is completely resolved, I will remove this review and write about my positive experience. Let's hope for the best...

Fixed a persistent cold spot in our home. Their expertise was evident, and now it's comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Ron and his men Installed and have been taking care of our air/furnace for at least 15 yrs. He"s always there the same day I call and gets it done quick and right. I have never had a problem with him or any of his employees. I would never consider having anyone else do the job and I have never heard any complaints from my friends or family that I have recommended him too.

Great service! Ron came out on a Sunday morning to see why my air conditioner had stopped working. He found that a wire had been disconnected, possibly from weeds growing near the wire. He reconnected the wire and cut the branches down. Only charging me the service call fee. I will be calling McVey for all my heating and air conditioning needs moving forward!

I called after hours for air conditioning issues. Ron was there to help within 30 minutes, he was very polite and professional. He answered all questions and took his time to explain everything. We are very pleased with the service we received from McVey and his reasonable rates. I highly recommend McVey for all of your heating/AC needs
