I schedule a work request thru American Home Shield. They sent Sears A & E. One technician came and order parts, then almost a month later the second technician came and stated the wrong parts was ordered. Today the third technician came name Pedro A works out of Indianapolis, IN came and I gave him all the parts and he asked what was wrong I told him and ask are you aware of what the other two technicians said and why they ordered the parts. I stated I didn't need yet another diangosis. He said he did not read the notes on the work order and got frustrated in my opionion that I was asking questions. I ask him to call his supervisior and stated he didn't have one. He then said he could cancel I stated I was merelly asking questions about my repair. He walked out me house and cancel my appointment. I would know recommend them, horrible customer service.
