Wow I’m impressed...so I bought the SCALA2 grundfos pressure pump, and it started to leek after about 5 months. So I took it back up to Winsupply and no questions they replaced it. About 4 months later the same thing has happened the pressure pump has begun to leek out of the bottom of the pump.I was nervous to deal with them about this because for one the pump was 700$ and I just didn’t want to be out high and dry,and have them tell me to take it up with Grundfos. That was far from the reality of the situation. They were so nice to me, and offered to replace this one, this will be the 3rd pump, until we can come up with a better solution. Thank you Winsupply for outstanding customer service!!!!!!!

Everyone there is knowledgeable and always very friendly. Ever have any questions about any and all types of plumbing go there and talk to the owner. He works there right along side his employees which is another reason i think very highly of this place.

Awesome customer service. Andy helped me out with an AC unit issue. He could have sold me $200 of equipment but he took the time to test what I brought in and I just needed a $10 part. You can trust these folks. They do business the right way and I can assure you that they have my business for life!

Absolutely fantastic! Great customer service. There was a minor problem with my order and Andy more than made up for it. My AC blows nice and cold now thanks to them selling parts to the public. (I had a difficult time finding a place that would even sell me a simple part because I'm not a business.) They not only got the part for me, sold it to me, but they made me a customer that will return if I need anything else. Good, down to earth people with a sense of humor that make buying from them fun.
