Freddy installed a utility sink in my basement, and he was super professional and courteous from the moment he walked in. He cleaned up after himself and always wore shoe coverings when he came inside. He's a great plumber, and I'd totally recommend him.

I would definitely use and recommend Hope Plumbing to family and friends. My technician, Connor gave me a call ahead to let me know that he was in route to my home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. All my questions were answered along with available options. Connor was able to get my hot water issue resolved. Thanks again

I cannot say enough about Hope Plumbing. My water heater started to leak. I called. Hope and James Paino was dispatched and was at my home within 30 minutes. He was thorough and very helpful. He first checked to see if it was repairable., It was not and explained why and showed me some photos he took. He installed a new hot water heater, probably the best one I’ve ever had. He was always helpful and explained what he was doing. I cannot brag enough about James. And I was completely happy with Hope Plumbing and will always use them going forward. I highly recommend them!!!

I cannot recommend Braden and Hope Plumbing enough!

I did a quote request on Google and chose Hope Plumbing because every other company I contacted had AI-generated responses.

Hope was the only company that verified I was speaking with a live representative. Scheduling was a breeze, and appointment times were plentiful.

Braden was punctual, respectful, friendly, and extremely efficient. He carefully examined my clogged kitchen sink, asked thoughtful questions about the issue, and presented two clear options for resolving it. Once we chose an option, he proceeded quickly and effectively, completely resolving the problem.

I always like to tip for excellent service, especially since I’ve been taken advantage of in the past, but Braden graciously refused a tip and asked me to leave feedback instead. That speaks volumes about his professionalism.

Phenomenal service from start to finish! I wouldn’t hesitate to call Braden or Hope Plumbing again, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I don't normally write reviews unless I get outstanding service and want to thank someone, but Hope requested this, so here goes. I booked online, made the time on my own schedule, then found out that booking online is a mistake, as they were overbooked and never got to my scheduled appointment. I wasted my day waiting. Had to rebook, meaning another day off my calendar. Jon Taylor came out for estimate. He was very nice, friendly, polite, and our visit was quite pleasant. I accepted his estimate and trusted him. Installer Kendall and his "helper", who I will not name because he is blameless, arrived. We went to the bathroom sink, where he was to install a new faucet I had purchased myself. Sink was to be disconnected, lifted up off of vanity, new faucet installed, sink put back into vanity and re-connected. I am 70 years old, and if not for the arthritis in my hands, I could do this simple job myself in about an hour and have fun doing it. Hope estimate was $581.00, which was labor-only, for about an hour of work. NASA scientists make less. Then Kendall started complaining that lifting this 30lb sink out of the vanity was too much work for what he was being paid. Good grief. Then we went to the basement where a Marlo water softener was to be installed in place of the ancient Culligan. Existing copper plumbing is in great shape and there is plenty of room to remove it and set new unit in its place, connect it, program it, and be done. Estimate for softener and install $2143.61. Kendall saw that the existing tank has salt in it and started complaining that he would have to break that up and haul it out and that was too much work for what he was being paid. What??? I told him I will pay the estimated cost that Jon and I spent an hour discussing and that if he didn't feel like performing the needed work, that he could take that up with Jon. He went to his truck, came back, and said that it would cost more to do the work, did I want to know how much more. I asked him if he was refusing to honor the estimate. He said yes. At this point, I was fed up with his whining and told him to leave. I've never experienced such nonsense, and I've had a lot of work done in my 70 years of living. Hope should be ashamed. I called Jon and explained the entire incident. I also told him that I will not be calling Hope ever again, as my trust in them was demolished by Kendall's behavior. I will be getting this work done by someone else tomorrow.

I hired Hope to determine the source of a leak into my basement. I told them I thought it was coming from the shower on our first floor. But I was told that the problem was that the pipes needed to be replaced.

There were multiple problems with the pipe installation, which customer service assisted with. But when it became clear the leak hadn't been addressed I asked for a plumber to come back and reassess the issue. At that time, I was told that the problem was a leak from the shower after all. Not only that, but it wasn't something they could fix.

I had many issues with my experience, but here is one I especially want to share. Beware if you have an older house. Contractors, and definitely Hope Plumbing, use it as the eternal excuse for mistakes they make. When the plumber was here a few weeks ago telling me the problem was the shower not the pipes, he quickly added, "But the pipes were old." As I told him, they might be old but replacing them didn't solve the problem I hired them for. If I had unlimited resources, I would replace all sorts of things in my "old house." But, in lieu of that, I need contractors, like Hope Plumbing, that say they specialize in older homes, to fix the problem not tell me how old my house is.

The only reason I’m giving Hope two stars instead of one is because a few individuals who came out were professional and kind. But unfortunately, they are being be dragged down by the overall experience, which was extremely disappointing.

I recently had my gas line replaced, and the two installers sent to my home were the most unprofessional technicians I have ever dealt with. Even though they could clearly see I was actively on work calls a few feet away, they were yelling at each other and using inappropriate language. One of them invited someone who i do not believe works for the company to my house during the appointment. The other spent much of the time on the phone complaining about his job and the company and talking about wanting to quit and how he didn’t want to be at work that day. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate.

After the installation was finished, I called the utilities company back out to turn the gas back on but unfortunately the job had been done incorrectly and they were unable to turn my gas back on that day. This happened during an extreme cold spell, and my home temperature dropped into the 30s. That situation could have been avoided if the job was done right the first time.

I did receive a call from quality control which was pleasant but later I was told by another representative that management would also be reaching out. I never received that follow-up.

I have used Hope before, they are on the higher end for pricing, but my previous experience was positive so I felt comfortable paying more for good service. Unfortunately, the service I received this time did not justify the cost.

I would recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere.

Chris Davenport did a fantastic job. I had a sump pump ejection line separate in my crawl space. They dispatched Chris the next day. He improved the flexible discharge line setup I had with straight PVC. This is a very professional setup. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I am a mechanic and appreciate when a technician knows their stuff. Chris falls in this category. I would HIGHLY recommend Hope plumbing!

Jeff Ham (service technician) came to our house today and we had a great experience. He was able to come out the same day we called, which we really appreciated. Jeff was super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave us lots of different options to choose from so we could decide what worked best for us. One thing we really noticed was how careful he was in our house. He kept putting his boot covers on and taking them off as needed so he didn’t track anything through the house, which we really appreciated. Overall, Jeff did an awesome job. He was friendly, helpful, and we’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their plumbing.

I just want to give my technician Julian Nitz an outstanding review! Very satisfied customer here! Julian ran into some problems but took them in stride! He put in the extra time and effort to make sure not only was the job done! But, that I was satisfied before he went home. I would recommend this outstanding technician and human being to anyone on here! Thanks again Julian! I'd be delighted if our paths crossed again! Hopefully on better circumstances. Hope Plumbing is great. We have a membership with them so as soon as the basement flooded, I knew we would be in good hands. Despite the snowstorm, they came out to help us. The techs, Elijah and Alex, were able to get the diagnostics going right away and jump into our rescue. They were very upfront about options, pricing, financing options, etc. they went over our membership benefits, and benefit discounts and we were able to figure out a plan for them to fix the problem. Everything is working great now. They helped us with homeowners insurance people and contacts for the clean up and gave us recommendations for going forward. We are looking forward to them coming back next month to flush the pipes. Great service and great techs! They came out in a storm, and worked in the midst of all three of my children home, running around, as well as my two dogs. Thank you for your excellent service HP.

Had Cwinton come out and fix a pax pipe leak. He was pretty funny and chill, no complaints here. He did help point out some issues with the pipes having small ones go into big ones and then back into small which is a good catch and future thing we'll get fixed later but overall this was a good repair. The company seems nice and has good communication about appointments and questions. Got some before and after photos included but the after photo doesn't show all that got repaired, just the bit with the specific leaking spot.

Jalen is the best ! He is quick, detailed, and knows his parts. My order was ready in 10 minutes. This is the best supply house to go to in Indy. I wait 30 plus at supply houses! Location is a little hard to find, but overall great service!

Our toilets and shower were backing up inside. Justin came out on a Saturday to snake our sewer pipe and he added a clean out to prevent future problems.
