We came home from a vacation at 5:30 pm last week. I walked into the house and it did not feel like the 68 degrees like | left the thermostat on. The house was down to 52 and it was 9 degrees outside.
The furnace was not working. I called Hope Plumbing and Sarah answered the phone and said she could get someone out soon. Mike came around 7:00pm and after 15 minutes of looking at the furnace, said he knew what the problem was. He had to pick up parts but could fix it that evening.
He explained everything in detail of what the problem was and how it happened due to lack of inspection maintenance and neglect from the last company I had for two years.
By 10:30pm we had heat back operating and Mike Heisserer from Hope Heating was the hero. Never complained about working late that night and even texted us the next morning to see if we were alright!!!

I’m a bit confused with the great reviews. We called Hope and they didn’t come in the allotted window. Therefore, we called and rescheduled. Then 30 minutes after the window they showed up even after we had rescheduled for a different day. They then came out the next day when they were supposed to come and gave us a quote that was double any other quote we had gotten. The technician was OK, but he was not overly knowledgeable or overly pleasant.

I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on Friday around 4 p.m. to repair a leaking gas line after the gas company shut off service, leaving my tenant without heat. I agreed to a $675 diagnostic fee (to be waived if they did the repair) and a $2,130 quote that they said would be “no more than that.” After more than eight hours on-site, they told us all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company re-tested the line and it failed.
Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m.—nearly 40 hours later while a tenant remained without heat. The new technician said the whole house needed to be re-piped for another $1,500 and that our account would go to collections if we didn’t pay for the original failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted him to turn the gas back on despite an active leak.
I hired Absolute Comfort that same day, and they identified and fixed the actual issue in under 30 minutes for $650. The gas company confirmed the line held pressure, and heat was restored that night.
Service Plus/Hope charged $2,100 for a repair that wasn’t completed, reported it as successful when it wasn’t, didn’t respond while a tenant was without heat, tried to upsell another $1,500, and offered to restore gas service with an active leak. Their final concession was to remove the $675 diagnostic fee. In summary, the services Hope Plumbing provided was to leave my tenant without heat for 4 days and never repairing the gas line to a working condition.
If you like your money, companies that do what they say they are going to do, and to be treated fairly DO NOT USE Hope Plumbling, Service Plus, or any of their subsidiaries.

Your tech was fixing the WRONG issue. How can you still defend your upselling tactics when the $2100 repair didn't work and your solution was $1500 more to correct it when a different company did it for $650 in 30 minutes? FOUR DAYS you left my tenant with no heat. So not only does the first tech not know what he is doing, neither does your "senior tech". Even if the 5 leaks needed to be repaired, the house DID NOT NEED RE-PIPED like your senior tech lazily suggested. It was fixed for $650. Unless, you are training your techs to squeeze as much money out of your clients as they can without fixing the issue. If that is the goal these are two of the best techs in the whole city! What do you think about your tech telling me it would "cost $2,100 and no more"? I wonder why I wanted the problem fixed for no additional cost. So greedy of me!

Frye Electric is now part of Hope Plumbing, everyone was awesome from start to finish! I called for an estimate, Greg came out next day and gave us a very reasonable quote for several things we needed done. Once signed, technician scheduled within just a few days. Jimmy and Jason were awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough!

We had a plumbing emergency main line clog. The Hope Plumbing on call team got John Moody to come over and service it for us. He was excellent and extremely nice. He thoroughly assessed the situation and got us through our stressful time. Also was able to explain the next steps and what to expect. I highly recommend this company and cant say enough nice things about John! The cost I felt was quite fair for the job and he also noted the company treats their employee's well another plus to using a company that cares about their employee's!

Richard showed up promptly and was able to diagnose, address and fix my water problem before the two other companies even called me back. Very thankful for his kindness and support during a very challenging day. He explained everything throughly and made sure everything was working again before he left. I have always had amazing experiences with Hope Plumbing.

I recently had the pleasure of having Grant Goff come out and fix our shower, even do he was super young and had me nervous at first.I couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. Grant's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment he arrived. Not only did he promptly assess the issue with our pipes and faucet, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs, ensuring that we understood the process every step of the way.

What truly impressed me was Grant's proactive approach to the job. He not only addressed the immediate problem but also suggested additional improvements, such as installing an access panel in a closet behind the shower pipes. I'm so pleased with the service from hope plumbing on installation of our water heater. Nolan and Kyle were so professional and did an excellent job. Nolan went above and beyond checking the gas line throughout my attic for safety and he even noticed a running water sound and repaired an issue in our bathroom. I truly appreciate these two kind guys and the fantastic service! Thank you!

Big shout out to Jake Cotton and Jace Johnson these guys were AMAZING!!! They originally only came to fix the heating element on our water heater, and they absolutely SAVED our home by finding a leak before it had the chance to do any damage. They replaced the old water heater in such an efficient manner and really stayed professional throughout the process. If you need anything fixed they're the guys you want coming to your aid💯💯. Last week, I called Hope Plumbing Heating and Cooling, and I requested services to install a garbage disposal in my kitchen. The young lady, who answered my call was very good assisting me with my issues, then we made an appointment to have a plumber technician to come to the house, and few days later. Kristoffer came to do the installation, he was good, quick, and very professional. We like the services that Hope Plumbing and Cooling provides to his clients. I will definitely call Hope Plumbing the next time I need a professional plumber.

Highly recommend! Cartavious did an excellent job of resolving my slow draining sinks and clearing the clog/buildup by clearing the branch line. He was punctual, polite, and professional and did a great job including tidying up afterwards. I appreciate his hard work!

had chris mobley out here late in the afternoon we were without water. He got under our home in the freezing cold and replace a burst pipe and fixed the freezing pipe issue so we had water again. He was very knowledgeable. Very fast and we couldn’t have been more appreciative of this company! Thank you hope plumbing for have dependable people like him!

Xavier and Corbin arrived promptly. They made sure to call 30 minutes before arriving. They were very professional. They diagnosed and fixed our problem and gave us an explanation of how to prevent it in the future. Xavier also explained the incentive program. Now we will be signing up for a membership. I paid $1750 dollars to have a flange replace on the main drain for a toilet to set on which took about 3 or 4 hours Chris, the technician didn’t act like he really wanted to do it. He wasn’t sure about the repair even working and the cleanup in the bathroom was not very good. We have black specs on our walls and vanity now and as up-to-date I still have no receipt and I did pay $1750 cash money.

I would suggest all property managers to look for other options unless you want to babysit their techs/plumbers. Homeowner I would suggest you use caution when working with them.

They installed a water heater with pro press fittings which is arguably the best connection that can be made for plumbing and it came undone. The flue wasn't installed correctly. And they wouldn't even make it right when they were given the opportunity to do so because it's been over two years.

The pipes were ran so close to each other they were rubbing together which is what I suspect caused the connection to come apart. Any plumber should know copper piping moves when under pressure and expansion so a wise plumber wouldn't have pipes touch each other. In fact the International Plumbers Code states this with IPC 305.1.

We have encountered an issue with them where they stated in order to fix a problem we faced the would have to demo the entire concrete slab to the house. We rejected that proposal and called another company who was able to fix the problem without demoing the concrete slab at all. After this instance we stopped calling them. Prior to this incident Hope Plumbing were the first and only call for plumbing service. That is no longer the case what so ever.

Update: Its been three weeks since I left the review and the company replied to the review and said they will look into the mater and get with me. To date they have not.

I also I had the opportunity to look at that picture more closely, it appears the connection that came undone was not even pressed. When the connection is pressed idententions are made and looking closer at that picture idenetentions are no obvious.

Shout out to Roderick, who I’ve been able to work with several times. Roderick is extremely polite, respectful, and professional. Even better, he is super friendly and always takes the time to answer all my questions and to ensure I understand everything. He invests the time to understand the whole problem and come up with the best solution, not just the quick or easy fix.

Roderick does amazing work. He is very detail-oriented and spends the time afterward to thoroughly clean everything. I have enjoyed working with him and will continue to use Hope Plumbing because of the way he has represented the company!

John Moody from Hope Plumbing did an amazing job. He understands customer service. He briefed us on what to expect and then he got it done quickly. Very impressed. Love to see great customer service these days. Price was great and so was John. I will not hesitate to reach out to Hope Plumbing again if I need help in the future.

I had the pleasure of having two amazing technicians from Hope Plumbing, Patrick and another gentleman whose name I can't recall came out to unclog my kitchen drain. They did an excellent job!

Both technicians were highly professional, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They worked efficiently, left everything clean, and restored full function to my kitchen sink in no time. It’s rare to find such top-notch customer service these days.

Still waiting on the check to be sent ($2000 buy back)...Trying to get to get this all wrapped up has taken majority of the year and it seems i have to make a scene to get these guys to finish what they started. Hopefully this works and i dont have to escalate it further.
