Casey and John did excellent work on replacing our sump pump and enlarging the pit. They also reworked the pipe to the outside. We have had 4 people, 3 from larger named companies come up with solutions that didn’t really fix our issue. John and casey came up with a solution the looks 10 times better & will keep our line off the ground and away from the house. My husband and I are really pleased with their hard work. 10/10 Recommend!

Casey and Jon were very friendly and professional, they replaced two ancient hose bibs on our house with modern ones, including shut-off valves inside. They were careful not to let our cats out or into the basement, and they let themselves in and out of the house unobtrusively while I was in a Zoom meeting for work. They cleaned up after their work, and the price was reasonable, with a discount since we hired them to do two fixtures at the same time. We're planning on hiring them again the next time we need plumbing work done in our home!

Originally called Moon Family Plumbing for a drain clean-out. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't a clogged drain but a busted pipe. Thankfully, they came up with a solution to reroute the drain pipe that didn't break my budget. The work was done on a timely basis and I am very happy with their service. Will definitely use them again!

I am very grateful to Casey and Jon, for their excellent work, replacing a bathroom sink faucet in my home. Their work was skillful and diligent, the new faucet looks splendid and functions flawlessly, and they left the area in which they worked clean. In addition to being professional, they were personable, and their communication with me before, during, and after their visit was very good - explaining matters carefully, answering my questions patiently, and calling to my attention a defect in the built-in bowl of the bathroom vanity that I need to monitor because it might cause a problem in the future.
I was, needless to say, very pleased by this initial Moon Family Plumbing experience: I have no doubt that I will seek their assistance in the future, and I recommend them to others enthusiastically.
