My favorite supply house for the soul reason of the people behind the counter. They are so friendly. The place is ran pretty questionable but the guys behind the counter are good guys

Really tight going in for flatbeds really tight out too u are gonna have to back out really tight I can’t stress that enough people are really nice tho that’s y they got 3 stars from me

They don't really care about their employees I know one been there for at least what he say is hes been there over 20 years and he's not even close to 20hr. They care more about the customer and the money they will give them. Most off the office people are out of there between 4 and 430.

I worked with Dana Minnix when trying to find the right showers for my home. She was great. Best customer service out of all of the plumbing business that I contacted. Customer service is hard to find anymore and it was refreshing to find it. Also the best prices that I found.

The guy was very nice and it was an easy drop off. Would've been 5 stars, but had to take a star off for the receiving dock itself. You're the ground is very uneven and on a rainy day like today, it's muddy as well. So that bit makes it a little difficult but other than that I have no problems with this place

Great place to buy Milwaukee tools. Best price, best deals around. I've spent multiple pay checks and will continue too. All around Great place

I can’t even say enough about this company!! They were recommended by a friend & I’m beyond happy about that. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, & they were on time & very professional. I have dealt with other popular plumbing companies & they aren’t in the same league as this one. They should charge more! If you’re needing any plumbing done, don’t waste your time on calling anyone else, I know I won’t! 😁

Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. He arrived on time, completed the project under schedule and under budget. He was very friendly and did a good job answering questions. I would highly recommend Moon to anyone in need!

This company is the best! They will be the only plumbers I will use in the future. They were very professional. They helped us out when we where in a pinch and another bigger plumbing company screwed us over. They are fair and knowledgeable.

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

Casey was very professional and detail oriented with the work he did in our home. He made sure it was a smooth process from start to finish and was very thorough. It's hard to find people that follow through these days.

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. I can't say enough about how timely, smooth, and professional my experience was. I live on a crawl. We just moved into a house where very clearly the person before us put lipstick on a pig and tried to sell it. Lucky me, I bought it. My bathtub drain pipes were leaking (or so I thought). Casey and John got down in the crawl and brought pictures out of what was actually happening. Yes, my pipes were leaking but also the drain to the actual tub needed redone because it was leaking directly into the crawl. They were able to get the whole piping system underneath replaced with new and also installed a new drain and overflow top side. That's just the work part of it. Great guys with great souls that want to get you fixed right. Thanks fellas

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Definitely the plumbers I’ll be using from now on. We agreed on a price. They showed up on time, in the bitter cold on a Saturday to repair four leaks in my crawl space. Once the work was completed, they showed me photos, there were no hidden charges, and they even mopped my floor due to running in and out. In addition, it’s always nice to support small businesses. I found Moon Family Plumbing by using my Google Home Mini. I asked for the nearest plumber, and Eureka, there they were. I needed a plumber because they were doing some construction in my area, and my guess was turned off, but when I needed it turned back on, the hot water heater did not ignite. I was told by the gas company that I needed to contact a plumber. Moon Family Plumbing was very professional when they came to my house. There were two gentlemen who assisted me. They were very kind and courteous, and they were able to get my hot water heater turned back on. I have some other plumbing issues, and I will be calling them back to assist me to solve my plumbing problems. I am very thankful for all that they did for me and I would recommend anyone to use their services. Thank you Moon Family Plumbing!
