Very difficult job on a sewer clog 200' down a hill. The guys worked two days to empty tank and unclog roots!! Very impressive!!!

Jacob identified the problem with my clogged and was able to clear it. The initial effort didn’t work but the second one did. He is experienced. The charge for the service was $439 which seems somewhat excessive.

Great people to work with and great prices. You won't go wrong having these folks out to take a look at your plumbing and mainline issues.

After four long days of dealing with a sewer line backup and having two other plumbers out with no resolution, Zoom Drain sent Nate L. — and he was a total game changer. Nate was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue with hydro jetting but also took the time to explain preventative tips so I can avoid future problems. I’ll admit, I was pretty nosey and wanted to watch the process, and Nate handled it with patience, answering all of my novice questions without hesitation. His expertise and customer-focused attitude turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I can’t recommend Zoom Drain and Nate L. enough!

Had our septic tank dug up and pumped out. They located the lid making sure not to damage the invisible dog fence wiring buried up against the edge of the lid. Our tech worked efficiently digging up our lid and getting the system pumped out all in about an hours time. The price was great and the service was extremely professional. We will absolute keep them in our contact list for any future work needed.

Nate Latham did a fine job on my drain clean out! He was friendly (if not downright cheery!), personable, polite, competent, clear in his explanations and professional. I'll be honest, however, was not expecting the very high ticket price on the work (compared to the last clean out I had done 2-3 years ago), but then everything has gone up since that time, as has the technology apparently. So no complaints other than now I'm broke and in debt, 🥴😆 BUT my drain IS nicely useable until I can have the whole thing dug out and replaced! Big worry, but this is what happens with 100+ year-old houses! Zoom answered quickly and competently on every level from the first phone call through excellent communications, to the actual work and follow-up. Good job Zoom & Co!

I needed my septic pumped and it was getting urgent when my sink, bathtub and toilet stopped draining. I called 12 places and the only person that called me back was Quan. He showed up in 20 minutes with a very quick and professional assessment and charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
