John came out and did amazing. He was very professional and did amazing work. Very appreciative.

Had our sump pump replaced and it started beeping a month later. Called Carter plumbing out and Zach showed up and was super friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got it resolved and gave me tips! Would recommend carter plumbing to others!

I had a great experience with Carter's! My toliet was leaking from the bottom and the tub would back up. I scheduled an appointment with Carter's. Harry came and inspected the situation. He found that I had a clogg in my main line. He was very nice and professional. Explained to me my options before he started. Once he was done, he showed me through a camera where the blockage was and how my pipes looked. I was happy with my service.

Zach R was so awesome! He was respectful, neat, got it all done in a couple of hours. We thought the price was reasonable given that they didn’t know we would need a new toilet and went and retrieved it in the same day. He got here at 9:20 and was done by 12N. That included coming to see the problem, retrieving the toilet from the warehouse and coming back to install. Highly recommend this company and Zach R!!

Zach was on-time for installation of water heater and circulating pump. Very professional and courteous. Would use again!!!

John did a great job replacing our washer valves for us! Very friendly and communicated well.

John was great very thorough and explained everything before, during, and after completion. He was quick to say new water heater instead diagnosed the issue and was able to it resolved.

Jacob was one Of the nicest Plumbers, And all around great guy. He took his time to explain everything to me, even the things That I needed to correct at a later date. We had Hudson plumbing and the did not fix the problem.
Carters my Plummer came out and fixed it right away. My
Mother 83 years old and couldn’t use bathroom because we were plugged up with blockage.
Thank goodness for Carters my Plummer.

Jody came to our house and gave a very detailed explanation of what was wrong and all the options of service. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We decided to have them install a new water heater and they were able to do it the same day! Alex was our technician/installation guy and he was also very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and we were impressed with his work! It was done quick and the water heater was the best installation we’ve had! (Unfortunately, we’ve had a few). I highly recommend Carter’s! They are worth the price paid! We didn’t miss one day of hot showers!

Techniction was straight forward,
clean and honest.
My only issue is that when making my appointment I told the person that sets it that I had an
O Smith water heater and the pilot light would not stay lit after lighting.
When the tech was here, he said that your company does NOT service that brand.
I feel that I should have been informed of this as opposed to the tech informing me. This resulted in an estimate for a replacement unit
as the only option.
So in a nutshell, it felt like I paid the
$79 service fee, not for service but to be presented with 3 bid options
to purchase a new unit only.
I do understend that the tech should be paid for his time and any expense incurred ie vehicle fuel
etc., I agree that the fee was fair and reasonable.
But if your company does not service that brand. The customer should be told so as avoid paying a fee for service of a brand that you do not service.
Other then that I feel that Carter is a solid company and still holds my trust for my future plumbing needs

Zach and Deb came over today after we had lost our hot water. They did an amazing job installing a new heater. They were friendly and polite and were great with our pups. Amazing service would call them again!

Very polite and explained what they were able see and assess. Did not clean up after self though. The gunk and footprints were left for me to clean.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I called this company during a stressful no water situation. To their credit, they did send someone out right away. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended and the upselling began.

Within minutes of looking at my system, the tech told me confidently that I “definitely” needed an entirely new well pump. Price tag? $5,000. No discussion of alternatives. No troubleshooting. No checking the simple, inexpensive components first. They skipped straight to the most extreme and most profitable recommendation.

Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion.

The truth?
My pump was perfectly fine.
I didn’t need a $5,000 replacement.
I didn’t even need a $500 repair. Or even a $50 repair. The real issue was a simple electrical problem that the power company fixed for free!!! and at most I needed a basic pressure switch replacement—something this tech should have checked first.

But it gets better (or worse, depending on how you look at it).
After I declined the wildly unnecessary replacement, the technician began calling and texting me about how his assessment was 100% correct and to chew me out for a negative review. The pressure to approve the job or his bad assessment bordered on harassment. Completely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional.

So here’s my honest summary:
If you want a company that diagnoses correctly, looks for honest solutions, or respects your boundaries, look elsewhere. My experience was a textbook example of why homeowners lose trust in service providers.

Strongly do not recommend!

Carter's definitely NOT my plumber.

And I’m still getting calls and texts to see if I want to go through with their expensive non-fix! Do not waste your time with Carter’s Not My Plumber.

The guys were really good, set up a new hot water heater and sump pump for us. They were professional and explained everything. They found an additional issue with the plumbing and fixed it at no extra charge.

Requested to replace 2 toilets and update water shut off valves. Both done within a day. Visit was professional and courteous. Although we did have an issue with one toilets not being sealed correctly (thankfully no leaks) - a service call to Carter got that remediated right away with no hassle or problems.

I will always call Carters because they provide the best work at very reasonable rates. Alex Redelman installed a new sewage drain pipe under my house. Isaiah Huck installed a new kitchen sink drain stopper. Both techs did a wonderful job and were very nice and courteous. Carters also tore out and installed a new bathroom in my house a few years ago, I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Carters. Thank you so much!

Incredible experience start to finish. Scheduling was easy, technicians showed up on time, and were super friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue honestly and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Edit: a month or two later I called Carter back to replace our water heater. Again, really impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Straightforward pricing and no surprises. They were able to replace the water heater the same day.

What started as a routine accessory switch out, we found unique problems and needed help. Has to be the most honest and fair company I have used in a while. The pricing was great and they communicated expectations very clearly. Will definitely use them for all plumbing needs going forward.

We had two wonderful plumbers come out to fix a leak behind the shower wall. They explained everything and talked us through each step. Very respectful young men amd the DeBow family highly recommend Carter's!!!!

John was fantastic!! He came out to find out why we were having low pressure in 2 of our faucets! It was a quick fix because he knew exactly what to look for and how to fix them.
I can’t say enough about how professional that he was as well!
