This was a follow-up to their inspection and the needed installation of a new water heater, repair of two sink drains and installation of a new sink faucet. They were on time, efficient and walked through everything before they left. Prime remains on the top of my list for plumbers.

Had a slug of concrete stuck in a 1” pvc conduit run. Tried multiple things till I decided to call Prime Plumbing. Wade & Alex were true professionals and got it cleared no problem! Always grateful for great customer service and FAIR pricing. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Turnaround for scheduling, quoting, and workmanship was all great. Alex, Brandon, and Jackson helped me through the process of replacing my water softener and I would highly recommend!

Replaced outside spigot. Alex texted an ETA, showed up exactly in the allotted window of time and not only completed the job but also added a shut off for that line. Also appreciated sealing around the new spigot. He is the first plumber to do that in the 30 years we have lived here. Professional, knowledgeable and all around excellent service.

The plumbers that came out to my house were on time, provided a text to let me know their ETA 30 minutes prior to arrival, and we're very professional. They showed me what was causing the issues and provided me with a reasonable solution. Price for services was fair and will use Prime Plumbings services if needed in the future.

Very professional and friendly. I've had a couple problems and it always gets done in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable as well. Brandon does all my work. I expect to use them again in the near future! The receptionist is always amazing and friendly! If it weren't for her, idk where I'd be. Very nice same day service. Brandon was awesome. Only complain is the $

$475 for a customer supplied toilet install + new seat bolts and wax seal seems pretty steep. $150 of that was for “after hours emergency service” but the lady on the phone sure did make it seem like that $150 was just a minimum and if your cost went over that it would just be absorbed in the cost of the whole job, not added onto it.

Either way. Same day service and the service was good, so 4 stars!

Excellent experience. Very easy to work with! Reasonably priced! Used them for a "second estimate" and was happy to have their input. Phil, the owner, answered my questions directly. Scheduling was easy with Mimi. Brandon was courteous and pleasant for an all-day job that had me with no water. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service and pricing! I got a quote from another company and called Prime for a second quote. They were booked but the owner, Phil, made time to stop by in the evening after his last job of the day and gave me a quote. It was much more fair and in line with what I was expecting than when I was surprised by the previous company. They saved me hundreds of dollars. The morning after the quote my pipe was frozen and we had no water so Phil himself came back right away and squeezed me in ahead of schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Brandon was extremely helpful in providing a referral to a contractor that can assist with the next steps for repair and remediation. I have been looking for a family owned company that I could trust to find the root of our plumbing issues (not just cover up plumbing with expensive bandaid fixes.)
