John was a professional in all aspects. Listened to my questions answered them clearly and concisely. Never once tried to sell me services I didn't need. A+++++.

They were on time snd took care of the issue I called about then some additional. Our repair guy explained everything very well and laid out all of our options and checked several times before leaving to make sure everything worked. Very nice, prompt and educated in what needed to be done.

Today I had my water heater yearly service. Joshua was on time, very polite and extremely professional. He showed me the water in the tank before the flush and after. He was in and out very efficiently! Great service!

We have used Carters for several projects in our recently purchased home including replacing a section of piping, replacing a broken RO system, and today for installation of two sink faucets and a toilet. They are quick (same day service), honest, give good advice and are very professional. We will continue to use them!

Carter My Plumber was amazing. The plumber arrived promptly, went straight to review the work needed, gave me all the repair options, and then completely took care of the problem. Once the repair was complete, he gave me bill and he left.

We were able to schedule for a next day visit. The tech showed up during the scheduled window and communicated clearly what problems he was seeing, and he was able to replace our garbage disposal and get us up and running within about an hour. We were pleased with our experience.

Was able to schedule next day service even though I left message on Sunday. They showed up on time and were able to change washer hot/cold valves in a timely manner. Appreciated their professionalism. Also, hooked up our new washer for us! Would use again!

Carters has done a couple plumbing repairs for me and have been excellent, professional, and very reasonable with the price. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. I have added a photo of a shut off valve replacement showing their excellent work.

They came out to fix a gas leak very quickly. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the technician was great. Alex was very professional, easy to work with and did a great job finding and fixing the gas leak. I also mentioned a leak in my sink and Alex took care of that too.

I have used Carter’s for multiple jobs. They are always kind and courteous and clean up like they were never there. They are always quick to schedule and are helpful when I have questions. John was very communicative with his ETA, his work load, and walked me through the fixes when he completed the job. Would highly recommend!
