Ryan from Steg was absolutely great. From his punctuality of showing up on time, to his communication of the process, and down to the execution of the work he did, I am very satisfied. Should I ever have any issues in the future I hope Ryan would be the one to come back and handle the job.

Drew did an excellent job in locating a small gas leak that CenterPoint Energy would not work to pinpoint. He was knowledgeable, personable, and patient (taking time to check every possible location even when working in hot, confined spaces) during two visits. A 10+ out of 10 rating in every way. Ross and Blake at Steg Plumbing were also great to work with. I will contact Steg Plumbing for any future plumbing need.

We have had the pleasure of working with Steg Plumbing several times. Our past two work orders were assigned to Drew Budd both visits April 25, 2025 & today May 14, 2025 Drew was promo, polite, and knowledgeable of the reason why he was here, he immediately assessed the work that needed to be done set an expectation, and finished the job leaving a neat worksite. We are pleased to have worked with Steg Plumbing and with employees like Drew Budd, I’m sure they will continue to exceed expectations. We will call in Steg Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

I used Steg for a couple issues I was having. Both times they were very professional and were pleasant to talk to. My most recent service was an installation of a new water softener which was done by Alex. Super knowledgeable and a really nice guy. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing.

Eric was quick but thorough. He found the issue with our bathtub leaking and was able to remedy during the same trip. He also provided a referral for remediation company to take care of the water damage.

Josh did a great job swapping out my sump pump. Professional all around. Would not hesitate to have him do more work in the future.

Eric S. with Steg was my technician. The issue was a water leak coming from the outdoor garden hose connection where the pipe burst inside the wall during the winter and caused my bedroom to become a marsh when I used the connection this spring. Eric was very professional, tidy, and completed the job with minimal drywall cutting. He replaced the busted pipe with a new, better quality fixture and we are back to running water. I’ve used Steg multiple times through the past 6 years and every time I am impressed with quality service you can trust. Thank you Steg.

Edit: Had two techs back again today for preventative maintenance on my water heater: Skyler and Matt. They were very thorough and I signed up for the yearly maintenance package for peace of mind, plus includes a free water heater flush to prevent sediment buildup. I also had a question about my water softener and without question immediately went to check it out and ensure it was working properly. 5 stars as always! Can’t beat this reliable service.

They were able to work us in for a hot water tank leak emergency & get a tech to us within a few hours. Great communication, upfront and honest/fair pricing. Our tech Eric is great at his job and made sure all of our questions were addressed…helped put us in touch with a remediation company to help with the water damage as well!

Today I contacted Steg plumbing with what we thought was a major plumbing issue. The hospitality of the entire team was above and beyond our expectations for service standards. The receptionist patiently listened to our issue. Reorganized the schedule and stated a tech would be contacting us between 12-3. Very efficient I. Inquired about sending photos of the issue into her as I have done in the past with Ross and she stated she would get them to the tech to review. 9:15 am the plumber texted and he was on his way. He arrived at our home was gracious, friendly, inspected the issues. Provided us with a written estimate made an adjustment for a senior citizen discount. Ordered specialized parts from Kohler and provided us an estimate both in days to expect the parts to arrive and the price of his trip and labor to install. As have been ALL our transactions with Steg Plumbing was professional, courteous and very accommodating to the clients requests. This emergency job was handled in a very professional manner.

Carlisle Plumbing does an amazing job!

Professional, prompt, and friendly. This is a great company ran by decent people. I highly recommend them.

We had another company come out. They had a young tech that was very pleasant. However, he did not recognize a particular pipe we had. And since this was the case. He quoted that we would have to replace all of that pipe. This meant down through the basement, from the 1st floor. This also meant A LOT of money! We then had Carlisle Plumbing come out. Also a very pleasant tech. But experience was definitely the added factor here. He was done with the job within 30 minutes. No "unfamiliar" pipe needing replaced. Plus, he had pretty cool gadget to help get it done faster.
We very much appreciate the: friendly, professional, quick & affordable way Carlisle's, handled our situation. :)
