They were very helpful in arranging a time to pump the septic tank, and the driver was there on time. He knew just what to do and finished the job with no problems. I've used them for years, and they have always been great to work with.

My husband & I have been customers of Gurney Bush for maybe 6+ years. They are a quality organization with individuals who work hard to please their customers. I have never been displeased with the service I’ve received through the years.
Although I was told yesterday we needed to have pipes jetted to release whatever was going on with sewer backup, this morning Justin & Dave arrived & actually said it wasn’t necessary. They worked to clear up the situation thereby alleviating the need for the expensive jetting. I so appreciated their honesty.

Today Tom Means & his wonderful partner returned to jet the main line after discovering (through the video they took of my sewer line), 3 large root balls, which would have caused huge problems in the basement of our home. They were extremely kind, professional individuals I welcomed to handle this issue. I am always grateful for their fabulous service, & will never call another organization. Total peace of mind.

For my scope and hydrojetting, they were good communicators, good price, knowledgeable techs did the work. I spoke to about 6 different contractors and I felt like it was difficult to get straight answers or up front pricing some times. Gurney Bush offered a competitive, straightforward price and made it easy for me.

This company has gone above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot sing their praise enough on workmanship, integrity and helpfulness. We hired Gurney Busch to complete a project for The St Nicholas Neighbor in Need Foundation. They worked professionally, quickly and accurately. Helping improve the quality of life for our family in need.

I had a second experience with them on plumbing project for my mom, once again, they went above, and beyond to make sure my needs were met and questions answered. We dealt with Jacquetta and she was outstanding. Her follow through and customer service was fantastic!

Compliments to Dave and Jake who were very conscientious in their work, and did a great job at checking the pipes and fixing the leak. They were professional, courteous, and went the extra mile. I called Gurney Bush in the morning and was told they would send someone in the afternoon, but Dave and Jake arrived the same morning around 11:00 AM. Pricing was reasonable as well. Great experience!

My husband did the work not Gurney bush inc . They took the 150 and the technician told me he didn’t do this type of work. I asked questions and he said I don’t know I just stuck a pole down and it was full . I told them what my husband did and then they claimed they did part of what my husband did . So we paid 150 for 5 min service . The guy said I didn’t need to pay the 150 but came back 5 minutes later and said his dispatch is making him get the money . This is my husband before and after and the guy was wrong the technician was wrong it was not full and did not not cleaned . I am just upset about the lieing . The company could of refunded money but just sent me to warranty company to deal with them but I didn’t pay them . The technician said he didn’t feel he did anything so didn’t think he needed to collect 150 and the lady at place said she took 150 thinking they were going to come out and clean the septic but we called them and told them we fixed it so no one came out to clean . I just hate the lieing .

11/10 rating. We had water coming into the basement of our broadripple house. A larger, corporate company came over twice this weekend, stated they couldn’t fix it easily, and quoted over $20K to tear up my whole yard. They also charged $900+ for these visits without fixing the problem. Tom Means and his coworker showed up at 9pm on a Monday night, worked until 11pm, and flushed my drains for $850. They were extremely professional and friendly as well, even in the late hours of a Monday. Please call them for any plumbing needs! You will not be disappointed.

I use Tom Means and Gurney Bush for all my renovation projects. They are honest and not trying to sell you something. They come jet and camera my sewer lines and have saved deals and saved me tens of thousands. I refer them to everyone I know and they always thank me.

Steg plumbing with a 5 star rating due to speed of service and a 5 star rating to technician Alex Zobrist on quality of work with some knowledge of job he was performing on water heater and a GREAT price for service! Steq plumbing has been looking after my plumbing for a year now. Just recently they drained my water heater and worked on my shower. All the workers who come out are always very professional, friendly and explain what they are doing. Ryan came out to my home recently and was very professional and answered any questions that I had. He also had foot covers on and cleaned up after he was done, which I appreciate. I will continue using them.

I heartily recommend Steg Plumbing. Skylar and Drew worked on my home's clogged pipes after the water softener failed sending brown sediment through them. In a couple a hours, every one if them worked perfectly. They drained and flushed my water heater and made sure my washer worked. They did all the clean up and were the most professional workmen I've seen in a long time.

Ever since my remodel, we have had odd smells in the house, so I finally called Steg to come take a look. I thought it would be a difficult problem, but Blake identified the issue within seconds. I wish I would have insisted on using Steg for my remodel. These guys are professional and kind.

Ryan was great with helping us out with warranty service work. He was punctual, professional, and answered any question that we had.

If I Could provide zero stars I would. I called Steg plumbing, who is the plumber who originally installed all of the plumbing in my home when it was built in 2017 to include the water heater. I placed a service call today because there was water leaking from the bottom of my hot water heater tank. After leaving a voicemail and repeat calls I finally was able to reach someone today. A technician advised he would be out today when he arrived he didn’t sound as though he would be able to replace the water heater today and indicate it was a two-man job. No real diagnosis was done and in the end I was told that I would be charged $310 for today’s visit. Talk about inflation extreme! After speaking with the manager on duty Rick, it was clear that I had made a mistake. Trust is something that is a must with me, and for a company to attempt to charge me exorbitant prices for being in my home less than 15 minutes, indicating that they performed a diagnostic when they did not is absolutely absurd and ridiculous! In the end I agreed to reduce fee of $90 for a person who came out who did no diagnostics and was at my home for 15 minutes. How are you treat customers will dictate how you receive future business. I had thought since Steg plumbing who originally installed all the plumbing in my home was a trusted vendor, since I had used them in the past. I will never use them again and will seek other options all customers beware!

Ryan came over to change out the back up battery for our sump pump. Very polite and helpful person! Appreciate his help and professionalism.

Eric Strole was absolutely the best! The whole experience from my first call to completion of the job was great. Professional, courteous, and thorough. Cleaned up after the job. It was like he was never here. I only call Steg for any plumbing need. This is the third or fourth time they've helped me and I'll never call anyone else.

Best experience! Our water heater died on a Saturday morning - ugh! Didn't want to pay emergency fees so we used it as an excuse to dine out all weekend. :-) Sent Steg a service request on their website Saturday evening.

Monday morning at 7;43 am, my phone rang and it was Megan from Steg. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and told me they would rearrange some things to make sure we had hot water by end of day.

True to their word, Sida and Alex arrived and proceeded to change us from a tank water heater to a tankless. Super professional, polite and efficient and we had hot water by 5:00 pm. Rick, service manager, also stopped by to introduce himself and check on things.

Steg has our plumbing business forever! Thank you for an outstanding level of customer service. Hard to find these days.

Skyler came by and fixed our plumbing. He was polite, smiled, had his brand new boots covered and did a wonderful job. The parts he needed were in the truck. If you want the best, you call Steg Plumbing!

Very happy with our new walk-in shower. Install took just under 4 hours start to finish. Eric and Sida were very courteous and professional. They even cleaned up when they were finished 💁‍♀️.
I would highly recommend them and will be looking to Steg to replace the guest bath and shower in the near future.

Skylar with Steg Plumbing assisted us with identifying a water leak outside of our home. Skylar was extremely helpful as he drained our exterior water pit to help identify the root cause of the leak. Had a great plumbing visit today. We needed a bathroom faucet replaced that was leaking. The new one was leaking in the exact same way. Ryan left immediately and went and got yet another one which worked flawlessly. He was easy to talk to and made sure the job came out perfect. Thank you.
