Called this place 3am requesting assistance and was told someone was going to call me back. I told them my toilet was over flowing and coming onto the ground. They said their On-call guy would give me a call and here it is 8 am and no call. So I did the job myself. I called to have them take me off the list and I’ve been waiting and representative mentioned that the worker is having car problems. I’m not understanding why they couldn’t communicate that to me and I’ve been waiting wasting time.

First guy came out to clean out my Greas Trap and only half way cleaned it. I called them back out to finish the job. I had to call them back out 2 or 3 more times because they couldn’t reseal the lid that they got off causing a bad smell in my kitchen.
They couldn’t figure it out so I had someone else that knew what they where doing finish the job.

Gurney Bush has been excellent to work with, their staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend them, they are the only ones we call for our properties!

This place was overpriced. I had an issue with roots clogging my drain line so I gave them a call. They came out and fixed it but just over a month later the problem persisted. They expected me to pay the same fee again and were not willing to work with me. I ended up calling another company to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost.

I've been using them for a couple years now and have had a great experience. As a landlord, fast reliable service is a MUST! Gurney's J. Bush is that MUST!

They were here all day in the cold, fixing a broken pipe outside. Worked non stop and never complained!

Gurney Bush provides top notch service at a reasonable price. they are there usually the same day as you called them. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable

I’ve had them to the house on more than one occasion and each time they sent knowledgeable plumbers who knew how to do the work. Friendly folks in the main office who schedule you and communicate. They’re my plumbers and you should use them too!

Chris came and was done in less than an hour. I’ve been dealing with a main drain issue for the past year or so. Tried to snake it myself with no avail. $120 later, it’s all clear and taken care of. Excellent customer service. I will refer and I will call them 1st.

Main line was clogged. Called Gurney Bush and a tech, Tom, was on site in 90 minutes. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival, Tom investigated the issue and also located where my main line drains into the city line so he could use it for verification after clearing the line. After about 140', Tom was able to release the clog and clear the drain.

A+ service and their prices are reasonable! I'll definitely call them again if I need the main line cleaned again.

We had a sewer line issue in the early part of 2020 and had contacted another plumbing company in Indy for service. At this point, I don’t remember the name BUT they tried to rip us off by saying that the line from the house to the septic tank/system in our yard was blocked and would cost $7,500 to fix.

So, I found Gurney J. Bush online and saw they also handled septic systems. A plumber came out the next day and the FIRST THING he said was that there was a sign on the cover of the septic tank which clearly said the system was no longer connected to the house...we were on the city sewer system!!!??

Needless to say, this company “saved the day” and cleared the blockage from an access point in the front yard. IF anyone reading this has the need for an HONEST and timely plumber company to make an assessment and do the work, CALL Gurney J. Bush Inc.!!

Matt and Jarred came out late in the evening and did a great job cleaning out my drain which was backing up. They were respectful and informative. They were very courteous. I highly recommend them!

We had Gurney remove an old metal grease trap in our large kitchen and replace it with a composite unit. They were so professional and quick we were just amazed. This was a large job as the old one was plumbed down several feet below the floor of the kitchen. They excavated, removed, and plumbed in the new unit in record time and with minimal mess. Not only are these guys the number 1 drain experts, they are amazing with new installs as well. Five Star Rating!!!!

I have not done business as a customer but I did as being the municipality that issues permits. I had one encounter and we originally disagreed with one another. However, they were very polite and respectful during that disagreement. We met in person to discuss and came to an agreement. The entire process was so polite, respectful and we both completely listened to one another. I can only imagine that the customer service is just as awesome!

The hospital I work at developed a clog in one of our clean outs. I called to schedule and was told a representative would get back with me shortly. Within minutes Travis called. I explained our situation. Being later in the evening, he said he couldn't make it due to 5 calls ahead of us. We agreed on first thing in the morning. The next day, I got to work and asked how it went. I was told Travis and a coworker had showed up and took care of our problem. Was told they were very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Travis again. Thank you
