Ryan was very professional and efficient. There were a few items from when the house got built that needed addressed. He wore booties, introduced himself at the door in a professional manner and walked me through what he fixed. Very happy with the experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Megan at the home office and Sida the tech that came to my house. Megan was amazing in coordinating same day service. She was polite, professional and reassuring on the phone. After speaking with Sida for 5 minutes, I was positive I had the right technician. He talked me through the issue and gave me multiple suggestions on how to best resolve my plumbing needs. I would absolutely recommend Steg to my friends and business associates . They are simply terrific. Thank You!

Alex from Steg was covering emergency plumbing calls and came out and resolved a gas line leak in plumbing near our furnace today! He was professional, competent and quick. We appreciate him and Steg resolving the issue. Our experience with Alex today was excellent! Highly recommend Steg based off of this experience!

We had a shower leak in our upstairs bathroom that had caused part of our kitchen ceiling to collapse. Steg sent a technician early this morning to fix the issue. Sida Lucas arrived promptly and identified the issue. He kept us apprised of his progress and finished the job in a timely manner. Excellent service and would definitely recommend Steg for plumbing issues.

Drew Budd was our service guy that came out to our home to help with plumbing issue that we had. He is thorough and explains the issue that makes sense. I very malice Reccomend Steg plumbing and Drew!

Today we had great service from Ryan. He arrived promptly. Was very courteous and explained what he going to do. ( He dismantled a bathroom sink so that unit could be removed to address a mold issue). Hopefully he will be scheduled to reinstall the piping once the mold issue has been addressed.

Alex from Steg Plumbing in Indy replaced our sump pump. He was on time and very polite. Our pump was one month past warranty so he called to try to get us a discount on a new one. We found another job for him to come back and do and he won’t charge us another trip fee. We are very pleased with Steg and Alex.

This is my 2nd time with Plumber Skylar. . Scheduling easy. Plumber Skylar was excellent. I had previously been given an estimate. He was on time, respectful, court.
He cleaned up. Answered all of my dumb plumbing questions.

I asked about a couple of other future tasks and he gave me good advice and ideas.

Steg plumbed a new bathroom addition for us. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. When we did our punch list with the GC, Ryan from Steg came out to wrap up one item and did a great job. Again, courteous, professional & just what you'd like to see. Recommended.

We are huge fans of Steg plumbing! Skylar was incredibly professional, arrived quickly after our call due to a leak in our existing system. He reviewed the options, investigated our existing warranty. We went with a new tankless system and are very happy with the quality of the unit and installation. Top notch service and value.

Great service. Eric did a great job at both visits.

My electric water heater kept throwing its circuit breaker. After considering DIY, I called Steg mid-afternoon to effect the repair ... today! Eric arrived late afternoon (the same day!) and got busy repairing the water heater. After draining the tank, he replaced the lower heating element was shorted. While we were at it, I had him replace the upper element as well. In about an hour, he buttoned up the fixed heater, had me re-apply power to the unit, and after testing it for leaks and proper operation, he cleaned up the area, had me pay the bill, and he was on his way. Cost was reasonable as well.

Extremely disappointed. Steg plumbed our new house and we’ve had problem after problem. The biggest mistake was they did not fully connect the master shower pipes, so when water was turned on we had water flowing through to the first floor. This has caused so many issues for the past three years. It completely ruined the flooring throughout the first floor and now we’re continuing to have issues. Also, lines were not taken care of during the build so we’ve had so much debris in them causing other issues, they did not install shower unit correctly, so now we’re needing to replace full shower units. Now our water softener they installed is not working. The technician here explained this should be a covered item it shouldn’t be like this… this is just to name a few. Due to poor work by their plumbers, we’ve been fixing their mistakes for the past 3 years. It’s exhausting, and I am still waiting for a return phone call from Monday this week… the receptionist was not friendly or understanding on the phone either. Save yourself and use a different company- it’s too bad because Eric (technician) has been honest, hardworking, and reliable but that doesn’t make up for the rest.

Did not honor what price I was told by the guy that came out. When I asked them to check with him, they said he no longer worked there. Said they would have someone call me back and no one even did. Too bad I’ve used them for years, but no longer.

Ryan was wonderful! He quickly found not only the issue with our new water heater but also detected & fixed a gas leak we were not even aware of. He was prompt, friendly, courteous & professional. We couldn't have asked for a better plumber & we will definitely request him should another need arise. Thanks so much Ryan!
