Excellent experience from start to finish. They installed our water heater the same day, which was a huge relief. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. They explained everything, kept us updated on timing, and answered all our questions. The technicians were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Highly recommend this company for their reliability, speed, and great customer service.

Quick service, friendly and honest work. Wesley and his team were great to work with. They identified three different places where we had a gas leak so the gas could be turned back on. We were soon safe and warm again.

Everything they advertise, is ABSOLUTELY TRUE and more! I had a sewer issue with my home. Furthermore, it was not the time to have such a costly repair. Sarah Oudin and Alex P (from the drain team) arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable, and I learned a lot I didn't know. After talking with them, they decided to snake the outside drain free of charge. It was truly a blessing to know some companies put humanity first even in this economy. Now, all of my plumbing needs will be handled by Carters My Plumbing in the future! I highly recommend them !

Isaiah did a great job at installing our water heater in very cramped spaces. He had a great attitude and answered questions easily. Cleaned up the area as well. If you don't want a service plan with the water heater, you should go to another company.

What was supposed to be an "easy" replace a water hose on my leaky kitchen faucet turned into needing a new faucet installed due to corrosion. Carter's My Plumbing were able to fit me in same day and the scheduling lady on the phone was very pleasant. Josh came by and installed that faucet within 30 mins and it works and looks beautiful! He was pleasant and in a jolly mood the whole time. Thank you for your expertise Josh!

Carter’s My Plumber worked to reroute and replace the discharge pipe from our basement sump pump, which was a difficult problem to solve, given the available space. They were able to bring in a number of their team members with the right experience and equipment to solve the problem, which included running a new pipe through our basement ceiling and then from our house to the edge of our property. Although we were hoping for a simpler and less costly fix, we were happy with the result, and I believe we ended up with the best solution. Our sump has been working fine ever since. All members of their team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them!

John came to the house and did an exceptional job with annual maintenance on our tankless water heater and helped us to resolve a minor issue with our recently purchased water softener, both done as a courtesy under our warranty At absolutely no cost to us. John identified a problem with the water heater and made arrangements with a supervisor for him to come back next week at our convenience to address it. We always get great service from Carter. This is why we’ve been with you for over 20 years.

I had a great experience with Carter's My Plumber. Miles, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to unclog my toilet before having to remove it. He got the clog out, replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the mess. Explained everything he had to do. I called Carter's in the evening and they came out the next day. Very pleased with their services and will call on them again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Carter's My Plumber has never disappointed. They truly go above and beyond in their approach to earning your business and delivering solid service. I've used them for multiple plumbing needs from an urgent call for a hose leak that flooded my basement to installation of my new water heater (which they now flush yearly). I like that they text reminders and send a picture of the tech who will be arriving.

Christian was awesome to work with today. He answered every question I had and explained everything to me. Was grateful to him for the service he provided; would recommend he and Grateful Plumber to anyone in need of their services.

Service is not complete, but Christian arrived promptly at 8am. He was very pleasant and polite. He will return next week to finish the job with another coworker.

I work 12 hour shifts and it makes it difficult to schedule and communicate with businesses with regular hours. I reached out through Yelp and they were the first business to respond. Instantly! Better yet they said calling after I got off work at 7:30PM was not a problem. Hashed things out and they got us worked in very swiftly. They even fixed a shelf our toddler had pulled half out of the wall that we had been meaning to fix.

Called me not even 5 mins after I sent a message online. Had a couple guys sent out to clear my main pipe line super quick. Very friendly and informative. Great work!
