Alex, our technician was very professional, helpful and friendly. We’re very pleased with our new water heater replacement. Did an excellent job.

Miles, the plumber that came out from Carter’s was so wonderful. He was so personable and he went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was in a bad situation, needing my sewer drain unclogged and he did it efficiently and quickly, and there was no mess afterwards. Such a nice guy! I will never go through any other plumbing company! Highly recommend that people use Carter’s My Plumber !!!

I hired them a few times since they are available and because I thought the next time would be better. But each time, they make a mistake that I have fixed. Surprisingly they don't feel like they should correct their mistakes either. If you have a simple plumbing project, they are perfect but anything complex or renovation, I do NOT recommend them. Stay away from them for renovation or anything that is not a simple job. They will mess it up. They are mostly young inexperienced but really nice guys and don't think through or do anything thoroughly.

Great timeliness! Got out the same day, within a few hours to replace our water softener.
Alex Jones was my plumber. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! He wanted to make sure we were completely comfortable using our system and knew everything we needed to do to maintain it. He also upgraded our drainage system to be up to code and prevent any back flow of sewage into the unit. He checked every faucet, shower head and toilet after he was done to ensure all were functioning properly.

Today we received routine annual maintenance on the water heater. The technician also checked the water softener and found it to be functioning incorrectly. The problem was called into the main office and we are waiting to hear about getting the water softener fixed. Overall the service has been very good.

These guys are awesome! Charming Citizens Energy installed a new gas meter 2 weeks ago, and thought they got my antique water heater pilot re-lit. I came home yesterday to cold water. My talentef young plumber, Joshua, had it re-lit within 10 minutes and stayed to make sure it operated correctly. Definitely recommend!

Wesley done a great job replacing the leaking hose bibb.He is a very efficient professional,friendly and lef a clean job ste.
I will use his services in the future.
On scale 1 to 10 he deserves 12

Gavin from Carter's My Plumber was extremely helpful and took care of my busted pipe fast. He was able to fix the issue within an hour and the price was very fair. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. I greatly appreciated the text with a picture of the technician that was coming. He was awesome! My garbage disposal and backed up kitchen sink was fixed in no time.

Nice, professional, and easy to schedule. However, $408 for 30min of work to swap out a garbage disposal (that I supplied) seems quite high. You can get installation from Lowes/Home Depot for $169. Probably would look elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Day 2: what can I say. What was to be a $900 repair, jackhammer to my floor, additional floor repairs ended up being half the cost due to the Carters team coming up with an alternative solution. I so appreciate you!

We got great technicians who who found the problem, stated the pricing clearly, and answered my questions. They also fixed our water heater the same day that I called. When I called in the first place, the person I spoke with to schedule was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Top notch company. They won my loyalty.

We had our hot water heater replaced a year ago and we opted-in for the warranty which came with annual check ups. Peyton arrived on-time this morning to perform the first sediment flush. He was very professional and cleaned up his work afterwards. Very happy to be working with Carter’s My Plumber.

Our faucet stopped working. We called in the evening and they came out the very next day. Peyton was extremely pleasant, helpful, thoughtful, and efficient replacing the kitchen faucet. He explained everything he was doing and gave us a coupon to use. He provided us some helpful tips as well. He is really good at his job. I had a great experience with Jason and his apprentice Austin today! It was wonderful to hear Jason teach and explain to Austin what he was doing and why! Tonya in the office has been a terrific help with each and every phone call. Carters was the best in both price and service! Out of three companies, they were the only ones who showed up on time, when they said they would and provided exceptional service for nearly half the cost of the others. They are knowledgeable, friendly and will be my first call going forward. Very happy with their quality products and service!

I met a total of 5 employees over the course of 3 days. All were polite and professional. They explained what they were doing in easy to understand language. Our quote was $315. Due to unfortunate framework it made their job extremely difficult. This presentation could not have been anticipated. Carter stuck to their quote, and I'm sure lost money. Sticking to their quote speaks volumes to me. Integrity like this is seldom seen today.i would not hesitate to call them should the need arises.
