Scheduled to come from 9am-4pm, no call, no show. I called and they were rude. Do not recommend. I only had an appointment with this company because they are the service provider for HSA home warranty. Never use them.

This company is the worse I have ever seen. I had scheduled appointment with them twice and both time never call or show up. I call the office, the window for the appointment was between 9-12, I call by 9 to confirm appointment but was told will be here at 4. I call little after 4 and was told they are on their way, which was a big fat lie. All again, and no one answer. Terrible company. So far, work is not even done. Hopefully my home warranty can reach out to them. Horribe

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I also have AHS as my Warranty company but that is a different review. I call AHS for my leaking toilet and they contracted Assurance Plumnig. After 2 days, I call them to get an appointment(protocol says they will contact me with 24hrs to make an appointment.) I get on their schedule for November 20th. They never call, nor show and it is true, no one will pick up after 4pm. I contact AHS- this is when I get heated, they have contracted they companies out but do not vet them yearly or read the reviews. I'm told that AHS has to contact Assurance- good luck. Assurance will come out on 11/30th- not sure why they did not survice you on the 20th. Well folks, as I write this review (11/30 @4:28pm) they have not called not showed up, and my toilet is STILL not repaired.

I have a home warranty by American home shield. I called them and put in for a service request. They set me up with assurance plumbing. I called assurance plumbing to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment I called to verify. After 7-8 hour window, no one showed up and no one called, I called my warranty company and they said to give them a call the next day and reschedule so I did. The day of the rescheduled appointment I called to make sure they were coming ,Kay in the office said yes very snotty. After waiting all day again NO SHOW and NO CALL. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I finally looked up the reviews they have terrible reviews. Most of them say they are a no-show with no call. My first red flag was when they give you a 7 to 8 hour window that’s pretty extreme. I would never recommend hiring these people for a job at any time. The staff in the office is very rude and really don’t care.

Great job sone quickly. Highly recommend already made myself a note for when I need him to come back out.

Did a couple of jobs for me and appreciate the through job!

Moe really came through for us again. Showed up on time, and really had his work cut out working on our water heater. After hours of cleaning it out we are back with hot water. Always nice to know when we call him he comes through and knows his stuff. Thanks Moe! We appreciate you buddy!!

Repair toilet leak best plumber in indy has done many jobs for me from fixing toilets to fixing leaks in my slab. Never have i thought about using another plumber

Mo and his team did an awesome job in replacing our water heater when it went out this year. They were prompt and quick to respond text communication. They arrived on time and they cleaned up everything after they finished.

Ellis plumbing has done work for me on two occasions their work was professional they were friendly they came when they said completed the job and they didn’t have to come back I certainly would recommend their service to anyone looking for a plumber

Mo Ellis came out at 10 o’clock at night to fix under my bedroom sink. Man saved my life. Hadn’t been for him we would have had no water until we got a regular appointment. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg either. Great guy, knows his trade, thorough job checking for leaks and debris. Five stars all around. He runs Assurance Plumbing and does a great job at it. Highly recommend!
