When I showed the guy my problem and asked for a possible solution he looked at me Shrugged his shoulders and said and I quote I don't know what to tell you.

What a sad excuse for a plumbing store this place is

Ordered a premium shower glass through our contractor who remodeled our master bathroom. Economy quoted a 1-2 week turn around on May 8th - on May 17th, our contractor called to find out status. According to Todd Contractors, Economy did not return their phone call. Yesterday, I contacted our contractor again - they called Economy and left message. Today, our contractor was told the glass would not be delivered until May 30th.
Very very poor service.
Not a company of their word and made no effort to communicate with the contractor.
i learned a lesson - in the future, i will ask the name of companies that a job is being subbed out to and if it involves ECONOMY - i will not do business with them.
