Excellent experience.
Evaluated my old well and provided data to support recommendations. Great communication. Timely and efficient. Fairly priced. Most importantly, they delivered what they promised. My new well with variable speed pump has surpassed my expectations. Super happy, highly recommend, and will use again.

Called Blaire and Norris first thing this morning to have my septic drained. They will be here first thing in the morning tomorrow. I have used them before at a previous location. I had excellent service then and I'm expecting to have the same tomorrow. Your call is answered right off the bat with your information being taken down. Once the technician is available to call you back you discuss your issue and get your quote. The prices are reasonable for the times. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much for getting me scheduled as soon as possible to get my septic issue taken care of.

Mack and his guys are the best. Having a family of five with the water going out was a nightmare. After coming out within an hour of calling in the late afternoon to having a well pump and well pressure tank installed and in working order before lunch the next day. I was in shock how quick and how thorough the team performed the work. Not only did they do a great job, but I felt so comfortable asking questions and learning more about having a well. Super great team and I am looking forward to using them in the future for any needs.

Excellent company. Woke up and had no water. Called Blair/Norris they came out within a few hours. The gentlemen had diagnosed the issue and got me back up and going. I highly recommend Blair/Norris.

I contacted this company early in the morning due to no water. When leaving a message with the attendant, she said a technician would contact me. Within minutes I received a call from Mack, he assured me they would be there in the afternoon - AND THEY WERE. Initially it was 2 polite men to assess the situation. Ultimately 4 more showed up and all worked diligently to get our water going again. Each of the 6 men were very polite and professional. As my curious mind watched, they showed and explained what they were doing and why. They were more than willing to answer my questions as they were working. They help me understand how my well system worked and what I could do to maintain my well system and improve the longevity of the equipment. One of the men shared with me that he enjoys his work because he likes to help people. We have all had experience with contractors that seem like they could care less about our problems. The folks at Blair Well and Pump ARE NOT these type of people. They seemed to work as if my problem was their problem. Pricing was within the range that I found in online searches.

Once again, Blair Well and Pump came to our resue! The water went out at my mom's house and Blair fixed the issue on time and under the estimate. These guys went above and beyond, working with and OLLLLDDD well casing, pump and water tank.

They were fast and efficient. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but they came out the same day and dug my well up and installed new pump. I have the best pressure and water quality I've ever had since I have lived here. I will highly recommend Blair to all of my friends and family!!!! Thank you so much.

Very happy with this service. There was a technician already in the area — I had my septic tank pumped within two hours of calling. Casey was professional and efficient, answering any questions I had. Would recommend Norris Septic.

I have used this company several times over the past 40 years. I used them two years ago and felt I had been taken advantage of. I called because I was having major problems with my well. They told me I needed a new well. After 3 weeks of waiting they never showed up. I called another company they came the same day and fixed the problem. NO NEW WEll Necessary. Run don't walk find another company!!!!!

Was in the middle of a shower and boom no water.. called Blair Norris and had two very knowledgeable gentlemen at the house within an hr or so! Got me back up and running fast! I have better pressure then I have ever had! I would recommend to anyone needing well service!

My well pump went out on Thursday. Called and spoke to Mack Blair. He said he would send a crew out on Friday morning. Mack called me when the crew was heading my way. Gary and Casey showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a rough estimate, and started as soon I said approved. Got a new well pump, presuure tank, and pressure switch installed. Would highly recommend Blair Norris since the larger companies just blew me off and they genuinely cared and made sure I had running water ASAP.

I had Blair and Norris dig a new well and connect a new pump. Very satisfied with the work performed. The connection crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They definite went the extra mile. Sending a shoutout to Micah Sego and Mark Settles. Great work guys.

I want to begin this by stating that I am probably one of the most picky hard to please people on the planet.

The service I received was absolutely astounding from this company. Mack Blair HIMSELF shows up to jobs for this company. I watched that man get drenched in mud.

Companies like this are few and far between nowadays. We had a new well drilled and a constant pressure system installed taking our well from 1969 to 2024 and I am so beyond flabbergasted I don't even know what else to say other than, "If you need a well serviced/drilled or your pressure system updated, this is 10000% the place to go".

Mack, thank you so much for giving us peace of mind at the holidays, this was a stressful year and our well collapsing was fuel to the fire. You fixed it all and with a smile on your face. 11/10 would recommend.

Called at 5:30 PM and had someone out by 6. Turns out I was overreacting and there wasn’t really an issue, but Mack was great at talking through my concerns anyhow! Awesome people and service!

They were very responsive and able to come out right away and replace my pressure switch and it only took about 30 minutes. However, $375 was the fee. I mentioned that seemed excessive and despite a quick google search indicating an acceptable range of 120-180 with labor they stood fast charging more than double the high end of that range. Be aware they do require you to sign a blank invoice before they begin troubleshooting, so outside of the responsiveness maybe not the best company to use as they will be holding a blank check. i feel taken advantage of.

Called because I thought that my pump was malfunctioning. The pump would stop running, and I would then lose all water pressure. Because I have a geothermal furnace, my water is very important. When the water flow stopped and the furnace was still running, the furnace froze up.
The service tech came out, diagnosed the problem, and determined that the pressure tank was bad.
So, instead of having to pay for a new pump (fairly expensive), I only had to replace the pressure tank.
This company saved me thousands of dollars!
I highly appreciate their honesty in only recommending the necessary service when they could have easily sold me a much more costly solution.

Came out on Monday and installed a new pressure tank, switch, and gauge. I also had a small leak on one pipe fitting. They replaced all pipe fittings. After the install I noticed one of the fittings had a very small drip leak. When my husband called on Wednesday and told them about it, they came out in 15 minutes and tightened that fitting. Now there is no more drip. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I would highly recommend Blair and Norris. Responded the same day I called. Very friendly group of men. They are very knowledgeable and explain thoroughly what they are doing.

Had an issue with our well pump over the weekend. Attempted to contact several companies for emergency service. Couldn’t hardly even get a response from most. Called Blair & Norris and was contacted immediately. Mack, the owner came out in person on a Sunday morning. He went overr our system and we needed a new tank and the pump was burned up. He wouldn’t leave until all systems were good to go. Explained everything in detail and showed me the failing parts. Absolutely the most personable and professional experience we could have expected. He is absolutely our new well guy! We would recommend Blair &Norris to everyone. 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you Mack!
