I was very happy someone came out to help me with the well. But I have to question why Gary change the part that was only 2 days old and was not the problem. Was it so he could get his $125 service fee? Also I was charged for a part I didn't even need. I was expecting to pay something but in reality he knew the problem he should have just told me and I would have been happy to report him on Facebook. $150 and not even 20 minutes work. Live and learn. Gary was nice and polite.

The response of this company is indicative of how they operate. I was scheduled for a normal estimate NOT an emergency request. While their two men stood on our property and reviewed the recorded call they never mentioned “you said emergency” and he even admitted I was right but turned the blame on me.

At the end of the day, your team did absolutely nothing to determine any real cause outside of a “total replacement.” Had they opened anything whatsoever they would’ve found it was a simple electrical issue but hey, why not try to get up to $10k whenever you can.

CONSUMER BEWARE: I’ve request multiple callbacks from management but have yet to speak to someone.

I reviewed their site and saw a free estimate so I reached out. I spoke to their customer service team and the technician twice before they arrived to my house. Upon arrival they opened our pit, flipped the breakers and said it will be $8-10K to replace with NO TROUBLESHOOTING.

I declined further service as I said I need to speak to my fiancé first. This is where it all went south.

I was told “you owe me $150 then for the trip.” To literally drive, put eyes on it and do nothing they needed their $150. I said no one, including you and the website mentioned any service fee prior.

He proceeds to review and listen to the call AND CONFIRMED I WAS RIGHT. His response was, “well you should have asked.”

Your team should be responsible for transparency and EDUCATING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I am thoroughly disgusted at how your employees interacted with us and even more so that you couldn’t even muster up the decency to phone me back.

Here we are. Called them on 12/12/24 that our tank was full!! It is now 12/15/24 and no call back!! Absolute asinine! Not sure how they stay in business. Called a different company and it's already drained and cleaned out! Lost our business!

Blair Well and Pump, did a great job on my water flow problem, the arrived the same day understanding that my elderly mother would be there. My Parents had occupied this home for years, after losing my father, I moved in to care for my mother. In an older home thinks need repaired a little more often than not. We Noticed the water pressure was up and down so we called Blair Well and Pump. Before arriving, they contacted me to let me know they were on the way, I left work to meet them there, and told them what to do when they arrived. By the time I arrived they had already told my Mother the problem and replaced the tank with a new fiberglass one! They made sure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. They took their time with an elderly lady and assured her everything was great. Then explained everything to me. We were very satisfied and I was very thankful to find a company that spent the time talking and respecting someone older that had given their heart and soul to their home. Mack and his guys exceeded every expectation we had while doing business with them. They really helped us out in pinch, while being professional and considerate of our timeline. An honest group of men that gave us outstanding service. We will only be working with Blair-Norris from here forward.

I called this morning and they were able to be at my home by 3pm. They came in, inspected the problem, gave me an estimate and replaced my water pump. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again if needed and refer anyone that needs their kind if help!!!

I had just purchased a fixer-upper on a well system that had been abandoned for 2 years. Everything came online except the water. Fortunately, an old friend of mine had owned a house on a well system years ago and he recommended Blair. Everyone on staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly beyond description. They have their service vehicles completely stocked and are prepared for completely overhaul on every call. Once the system was operational, the crew checked over the entire house and spotted every minor leak. The most pleasant experience I have had with any contractor.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional, and did an excellent job clearing our septic tank. I appreciate that he was able to answer all my questions, and gave me tips on how to maintain it properly going forward. Pricing was very fair, as well. We'll certainly be using Blair & Norris in the future.

They were a life saver! Woke up this morning to no water. Got ahold of them and they were onsite within a few hours. Ryan replaced our pressure tank as well as educated us on how to properly care for our system. Can’t thank them enough for being so prompt

They completed a project neighboring our property. Inspector wasn’t satisfied made them come out to dig it back up. In the process, ruined my lawn (and promised to reseed but never did), and here’s a picture of the concrete job they closed it up with. I’ve tried calling many times. Their receptionist is always friendly and concerned, putting in “urgent requests” in the system for someone to respond. They always say someone will reach out to fix it. Here we are years later no fix. Just dangerous concrete damaging all the neighborhood vehicles that have to drive over it.

I called them after coming home to no water flowing into my house. They agreed to come by and diagnose the problem on their way back to the shop at the end of the day. After showing me that the pump was bad they were able to come back the next day to get the pump working. The fast service was very much appreciated. They were all very friendly and extremely informative and knowledgeable in the business. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of well service.

My well pump and pressure tank both needed replacing on the coldest day of the year. These guys showed up within 30 minutes of me making a call and had everything replaced and working within hours. Super nice guys that are quick and do a great job. Would use again.

My daughter called me this morning stating she was in the middle of a shower and the water stopped flowing. I reached out to several other companies and was told it would be a day or two before we would hear from someone. I was freaking out because I didn't think we would be able to get this issue fixed. I called Blair & Norris around 9:30, had a call back and was on the schedule for the afternoon. Mark and Casey showed up to my house and knew right away what the issue was, explained to my husband and I that the pressure tank needed replacing. We agreed to the price quoted and the crew started working. Needless to say an hour and half later we have water. Blair was available the first time I called him to let him know we’ve got a major issue between the pump and our pressure tank - the line had broken under the concrete garage floor. He came up with a workaround in about five minutes. We already had a quote from another company that was extraordinary, he came in very fair on his number and they had the work done within two days. He moved other jobs around but weren’t as high a priority because he knew the situation we were in. The Area had to be hand dug and there was landscaping that needed to be set aside. They put it all back perfectly. Great people to do business with

I called Blair at spoke with Mack Saturday morning about low water pressure, gray water and cold water from the pump being warm. Mack said they were tight that day and it might be Monday before they could get out but Mack said he would try to get someone to come by Saturday if the other 4 appointments went well, Around 2p on Saturday Lead Technician Gary Keaster called and said he was on his way. When he arrived I told him my concerns and he started diagnosis my issues and showed my my pressure tank was full of water and showed me on his meter that my pump was short cycling. We talked about a resolution, he prepared a quote which I accepted (Gary had performed major well work for my neighbor and Gary was recommended) so when I asked when he could do the repair, he asked if he could come the next morning (Sunday) to do the work. Sunday Gary and his son showed up on time to make the repairs. During the whole time they not only explained what they were doing and why it was done but did it in a professional, knowledgeable and experienced way. The project was completed faster than I expected especially since it was cold, wet and drizzling today, About an hour after leaving Gary called me to ask how everything was working (great follow up). I truly thank Gary and his son for giving up a good part of their Sunday to get me water in my home. I will highly recommend Gary Keaster and the whole team at Blair Well and Pump to provide you with great customer service, knowledgeable people at a reasonable price for you Well and Pump needs. I hired Blair Well and Pump to put in a new well pump that had failed. The were quick to respond and had a new pump installed in just a couple of hours. They were polite at precise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a well repair of any type. The quoted me a price and stuck to that price when the job was complete. Thank you Blair Well and Pump.

Our 50 year old water line from the well failed and we were in a fix! It happened on Sunday and Mr. Blair came personally to assess the situation on Monday. They ran into multiple obstacles along the way, but had the expertise to successfully navigate around each issue and get us back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. The job was way bigger than any of us expected, but was handled very professionally and we are happy customers.

Have you ever been without water here in the city? If so you know what a major issue it is. When my well pump quit I began calling and getting nowhere until I called Blair's. That morning we had been flushing with pool water dipped from under the winter cover. They came right after lunch and had my water back on by 5 pm but we had to flush it out overnight to get all the debris and rusty water gone. By 9am we was fixed. The guys knew what they were doing, made great suggestions and made quick work for us to have water again. Highly recommend Blair and crew, they are the best. Blair & Norris are my heroes! They gave us same day service, were courteous, kind and knowledgeable! Great pricing too! They literally saved the day only two days before Christmas company came! On Sunday afternoon we found ourselves without water due to a failed well pump. We found Blair Pump and Well Service on Google and gave them a call. To our pleasant surprise they were able to come to our house that afternoon without an additional service charge. They were prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. I appreciate the people at Blair Norris. My vintage pressure tank was waterlogged and we needed to clean the well. They guys came out, were professional, efficient, and helped me get my system back up and running. They were able to salvage my old pump which saved us quite a bit of money. I will definitely use them for any future work needed to our well or septic.
