Economy Plumbing is a great place to buy things for your bathroom. The best part about this store is that employees are very helpful and actually know what they are talking about.

If you need the right parts for your plumbing jobs Economy Plumbing has them.
Service counter staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
If you need washers for your garden hose go to the big box stores.
Everything else go to Economy Plumbing!

I had a remodel emergency in Colorado and was calling all over the country to resolve a sudden 6 month delay with a sink. I managed to get in touch with Mary at EPS and she was quite helpful.

Mary was able to speak directly with the manufacturer and get no-kidding ship dates, and price air shipping to help me avoid a major delay in my countertop fabrication. I found out more from Mary in two days than I did from my own contractor, distributor and designer over two weeks.

I am quite impressed and will 100% try to use EPS for future needs when I can make it work, even from Colorado.

Best plumbing place to be! I love Lowe's, but when it comes to plumbing Economy is where I recommend you go. Even if it's a simple fix and especially if it's a hard to find they've always had the part I'm looking to replace... and you'll run into commercial plumbers to converse with or hire.

If you are one of those people that get jazzed over plumbing fixtures, awesome kitchen and bath settings, warm toilet seats, etc... then make a trip to Economy Plumbing Supply! They literally have EVERYTHING! And the icing on the cake, they have a parking lot!Downtown Indy with a parking lot, and all the things you could imagine to choose from for kitchen and bath and laundry areas. It's so cool!

Was there when I needed them and did the job promptly. However, was not pleased that my home was left somewhat dirty after the repair was completed. Told the man before he left and took care of it without problem. Just would want them to know not to leave a home more dirty than you found it.

Stopped in today for a few things and found out they were on back order, but Ray who was working had the best customer service I have encountered in quite a long time. I would defn recommend Economy Plumbing.

As a female going in to ANY plumbing supply store…we’ll, I was apprehensive. That is…until Charlie came to greet me and went to get my part immediately. No wonder he was so quick getting my part for me…he has over 33 years of plumbing experience! He even sold me a company t-shirt!!! Charlie is knowledgeable, friendly and honest!!!

I worked with Brandon on a small Plumbing project associated with a light remodel in my master bathroom and some work I was doing with my sump in my basement. Brandon was extremely helpful at putting together a comprehensive list of things that I would need. He and the team at Economy Plumbing made it easy to pick up what I needed and when I needed to swap a few parts out for something that I thought might work better they made that easy too. Good quality parts and highly knowledgeable staff. Much easier for a do-it-yourselfer to get what he needs then going to a big box store, because they really know what they are doing they can help you make sure you aren't missing anything that will be required to complete your project.

Pricing for one-off purchases is slightly higher than the big box stores but they are more than competitive if you are putting together a project. I spent about $1,700 in one day and felt that I got a great deal and will definitely be back.

They also have a showroom with very high quality plumbing fixtures and tubs and lighting. it's my appointment only but if you have a bathroom project you are working on it's more than worth taking the time to make an appointment.

I highly recommend this business.

Amazing company that satisfy they customer at all cost

Got referred to Assurant Plumbing via a friend of a friend. My property had a leaking meter yoke. The meter pit ring and lid were missing and recent icy temperatures had caused the yoke to spring a leak. After a week of looking around for plumbers without much luck, I called Mo and Kay, who promptly collected details of the problem, and set me up with a diagnostic visit. The next day Mo was was able to visit the site, provide a quote and the day after that he had completed the job! Very professional and pleasant to work with. Reasonably priced too and does a quality job. I'd recommend!

Mo has always provided efficient and quality service for several plumbing issues for my household. Goes above and beyond to solve unexpected problems that pop up. My go to plumber for sure!
