I had fantastic service from Big Frog Plumbing. I got a new shower head installed and they were there on time, and finished the work promptly. Would highly recommend.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Had a leak under the house from the tube when we closed on our house. Scott came out early and had it taken care of in no time at all. Thank you for your quick response and very professional and friendly service. We will call them again if we have any more issues. Thank you so much.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Possibly I live in the dark ages regarding labor costs. Even with $50 off, labor to replace the flushing mechanism in the toilet tank still came to $250 . Thus, with the mechanism the total price was $285: $335 minus $50 discount=$285. Alex was very professional and personable and answered all of my questions. I was just a bit stunned by the price of labor for a job that took about half an hour.

I haven’t used this company for plumbing work, but I did have an issue with one of their drivers. The company vehicle sped through a school zone and showed erratic driving behavior, which I reported to the police out of concern for safety. If an employee feels pressured to drive that way it says a lot about a company’s standards, and I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their team can operate vehicles safely and responsibly.

Awesome tech. Where some companies would try to sell you service you don’t need, the Carter people tell you straight. Instead of replacing a $1900 pump all we needed was a $200 cleaning. That’s why “CARTER’S MY PLUMBER!!”

Joshua was right on time, called ahead to let me know he was coming, and was polite and prepared. He explained everything and told me upfront what was required to resolve the problem. Very nice working with Carter’s.

Carter’s responded within 24 hours for our water heater replacement.
The install crew was very professional and their piping, drain pan installation and materials used are top notch.
The Bradford White power vent water heater is working great and is very quiet compared to our water heater that failed.

We had to replace all the water lines in a new home we purchased, it was a massive undertaking. We also replaced two 40 gallon water heaters with a new tankless heater. Joe did an excellent job and was very thorough, kind, and professional. The new system in the basement was set up meticulously and looks very orderly and neat, even with a large number of water lines. Communication with Carter’s was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend using Carter’s My Plumber for any plumbing projects!

The customer service from the initial appointment call was excellent. I had to replace an outside spigot which was leaking and the service was outstanding. Service arrived within 3 hours of calling, within the time window quoted, and was outstanding and very reasonably priced. As a former Hope member customer, I highly recommend Carters both for their customer service and work product.

Called Carters and they were able to schedule me for the next day. My toilet needed new inner workings as it kept running.
Alex came out and was very nice, very professional. He took the time to explain everything and offered to look at my other toilets. He took care of the toilet and changed out the on/off valve.
I would definitely use this company again!!

So disappointed. Water heater pilot wouldn’t stay lit. Carter technician comes out says it’s an $825 gas valve that they have to order no idea how long before they can get it and they’ll have to drain the unit to replace the part which will probably cause other problems. He recommends replacement of the 6 year old unit with the cheapest option costing over $2500. Get a second opinion from another company who cleaned the inlet filter reset the valve and fixed the issue for less than $100. Feels like a scam

Carter's My Plumber has been my plumber for years. They are always quick to respond, explain what's happening and options to approach it and I appreciate the respect for our cats as well! Grayson enjoyed Alex being here even when it got a little noisy and Alex was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and courteous!

I have used Carter at my home and businesses and always pleased with their work. They are quick to get you scheduled, show up in the time frame given, and their work is great. I feel they have always been communicative and honest - I recommend them to others often. I’ve learned a lot from them!
