Jeremy and Tony were great at the job. I had to get new pipes laid out for my sump pump backflow to the city line as my existing was clogged. I went to different companies earlier to get it resolved but Joel, Jeremy & Tony did it for me. They were quick to diagnose the issue, for me into an early schedule, kept me informed and finished the job in less than a day.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

Scheduled Hellyer to come out and do some work at a property we bought. Was told the plumber would arrive between 8-9am, got a call around 7:45 saying that someone would be there by 8:30. I received another call about 8:15 asking for my address, because the plumber ended up somewhere in Carmel? Which is nowhere near our house. Plumber said that he would arrive in 30 minutes after the call at 8:15. Which was still within the window of time they had originally said. I waited until 9:15 and no one showed, I called the office to ask what was the problem and was told “we’ll call you back”.. I did not hear back from them until 9:40, at which point I cancelled my appointment. The two kickers with all of this was 1. They called me by the wrong name multiple times. 2. They blamed me for giving them a different address. Why would I give you the address for somewhere I don’t live? All of this to say, this is not a well organized company.

Joel came out to snake our sewer line. They found a 40 ft. "belly" in the line. The addressed this as well as our inside drainage issues. We have not had any sewage issues since they fixed things. They addressed a problem that was a real headache for us and did a great job!

What a wonderful experience, despite the unfortunate circumstances. Joel went out of his way to assist us and gave us an excellent price to dig out and replace our sewer line. I was so very impressed with the workers and how diligent they were when it came to doing a thorough job. Cade and the young man with him were absolutely wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of the large local plumbers (who is one of the all in one HVAC/plumbers and starts with a "P") told us that they could not fix the hot water pressure problem in our master bath tub. They said that the cartridge needed to be replaced in the handle but that they couldn't because they couldn't get the handle off without damaging it. So they proposed putting in a whole faucet system in the tub, for approximately $5000. Hellyer's replacement quote was much lower - $1500 - but said that first they'd try to replace the cartridges. The plumber got the handles off with ease, replaced the cartridges and saved us a bunch of money!

Our water softener was dying (or was dead) and Tony came out quickly and tested the water to confirm. Then had a technician out within a few days to put in a new. The unit he selected has several advantages over the old one (and most traditional units) so it will be easier to maintain over the years. The tech who installed it was very professional and quick. Great service all around!

Hellyer was just out to - what ai thought was - replace our basement faucet. As always, they weee efficient, honest and less costly than anyone I’ve had for plumbing services in the past. No faucet replacement needed, they found root of the problem and fixed it much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting. We always have such a great experience with this company.

We had already gotten a quote from another plumber for a repair, I was looking for a second opinion. The receptionist at Hellyer was very friendly and patient with me describing our situation. Tony came out and quickly saved us from making a very costly repair that did not, in fact need done. They were very down-to-earth and easy to work with.

David and Wyatt came out to help with a warranty of a previous installed water heater from another company. Not only were they punctual, but also very helpful to get our new water heater installed! Everything g is working great and we will be using them again!

Unfortunately they had to cut into a decorative ceiling to get to the leak. He did a wonderful job of limiting the damage and preserving the wood to be reused!

When purchasing a new home, we discovered that the main line was in serious need of repair. Joel came out, took the time to explain the entirety of the process to my wife and I, and gave us extremely fair pricing for what turned out to be a huge job. Jeremy Krieg was so friendly. I had a really rusty garbage disposal that he knew immediately needed replacing. He had the new disposal with him. I asked some questions while he worked and he answered every one of them!!! I would not hesitate to call Hellyer Plumbing back!!

Best experience ever with Hellyer. Their guys came out and fixed nearly 40 feet of my sewage line, hand digging to avoid having to cut down trees or tear up my driveway. Incredibly fair pricing and they go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Jeremy showed up on time and fixed the problem right away. He made a few recommendations that should make my system last longer. I couldn't ask for better service!
