Hamm & Sons was professional, timely, very skilled, and helpful. They were essential in moving us forward on our drain problem, and talked us through all the options we had.

The plumbing professional showed up at the agreed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was prepared with the proper tools to fix the problem. He was done in less than 90 minutes, and my system is now working perfectly! I'm very satisfied!

The service was fine. I was disappointed with the billing rate. An Apprentice accompanied the main technician, and we had to pay for his time while he learned from your seasoned pro. The tech spent a couple hours completing the work and we were billed for 4.5 hours. I was told you bill every 30 minutes at the $85/1/2 hour, yet the hourly rate is listed as $85/hour. If the apprentice worked 2 hours and billed 2 hours, why billed the service at 4.5 hours in the same time frame for the primary technician? I am concerned that I was billed $191.25, more that was actually completed. Thank you!

Dave is the best at what he does. I have an issue with clay pipes in an older home and have had several different companies clear the line over the years. Dave has always been the best one. When he stopped by my house to let me know he was in the area and back doing drains again, I knew who I was going to call the next time. Little did I know that’d be just two weeks later! They do the work well, for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Keaton who came out, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The leak was fortunately easily fixed. And Keaton gave me some great advice about future water heater replacement, and about whether or not I needed a water softener.

Because we were without water due to a leak- Bridget worked to get a technician here today. Brayton arrived shortly after noon and did excellent work, keeping me appraised of each step along the way.
