We’ve hired Hamm & Sons a number of times and have always had an excellent experience. Today was to repair our sump pump and flush our water heater, but they’ve serviced a number of other items for us in the past.

Grateful for their expertise, efficiency, and thorough care. Additionally, they kindly share about the work they’ve completed and things we could be doing (on our own, or hiring) to better maintain our systems. Would recommend to anyone - they’re always my first call when a plumbing need arises.

Brayton is very knowledgeable and fixed the toilet that refilled every 40 minutes, which the other plumber failed to fix. The price is very competitive as the company charges by the hour instead of by the job. I recommend Hamm & Sons Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Gave me a fair price, scheduled me quickly, and did good quality work installing my new water heater. I highly recommend them.

I'm so glad we found Weilhammer Plumbing to fix the leak in our slab! He was able to come look at the problem and give us an estimate within a couple hours after we called on a Saturday and then fix it a couple days later. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I wish we would have known about Weilhammer Plumbing for a prior problem we had with our water heater. At least now we have our go-to plumber!

I am always nervous to choose a company to fix Anything in my home. Been a homeowner for 16 years and have never met someone that made me feel at ease - and that I could trust him - until now. Well, actually a year or so ago I had Weilhammer Plumbing out to repair a water heater & liked them then. Today I had them install a brand new water softener. Again, I feel he was completely polite, honest, and efficient. I called several companies to get quotes and explanations of what they would do. I originally called Weilhammer to install a water heater I was going to purchase elsewhere - he was happy to do that but, after educating me on water softeners (which I definitely needed that education) I decided to go with the person that I felt was most trustworthy and true. Thank you Weilhammer Plumbing!!! I wish you did HVAC as well - you would get all of my business!

I called Mark last week to unclog a completely stopped bathroom sink drain. Mark arrived the same day I called. He billed in the price range he quoted. And did quick work. I would definitely use him in the future.

Only feedback I have for Weilhammer Plumbing: I'd really like to see a better street presence on Shelby Street. I have passed by this place hundreds of times in the past 4 years and only recently became aware that it was an active business (I would have been using them a long time before).

Fantastic service! Replaced my water heater quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very difficult basement to move things in and out of and he was able to replace the water heater with no issues. I highly recommend using this company as they will give honest and fair diagnoses and fix problems hassle free in a very timely manner. Excellent!!

Have used Weilhammer Plumbing for a long time. Would highly recommend them. Mark is very professional and knowledgeable and their rates are very competitive. He installed a water softener for me. When I was having issues with it, he came out and promptly resolved my issue.

Mark Weilhammer came and replaced my antiquated water softener. He went above and beyond in explaining the new system and several other questions I had regarding plumbing. He was patient and extremely efficient working with my schedule. If only the newer, younger guys out there would take a page out of this professional's book - we all wouldn't be relying on all of these reviews. Call Mark Weilhammer - he will arrive when scheduled and give you good, honest work at an honest price.

Mark did a good job getting our water heater installed during the chaotic holidays. He was flexible with scheduling -- due to unforeseen problems related to the appliance's location -- gave a good price quote, and got everything installed within a couple hours. I could hear him cursing a few times, but I think that's endearing and, honestly, a trademark of any craftsman.

Did an amazing and quick job replacing my hot water heater. Friendly, reasonable, just overall great experience. He also repaired a leak on the main water line for free that another company quoted 2000 to repair. Very honest service, I highly recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

My husband, Jed, contacted Weilhammer Plumbing desperate one evening because our hot water heater had died. They were available to install the top of the line comparable 50gal Rheem tank the very next morning. They were professional, punctual, did quality work, and even cleaned up after their mess. They also did all this at about 1/3 of the cost of their competitors! We would definitely recommend, and will use them again if needed in the future!

I called the business about a pressing matter at a commercial property I manage. Mr. Weilhammer was witty, informative, but most of all, helpful. When you are considering monumental amounts of money and work, transparency is key. Mark was honest and gave me a plethora of resources to assist me with my problem. Superior service! I called Weilhammer Plumbing during a sump pump crisis on 01/10/20. Mark arrived within 45 mins of my call. He assessed the conditions and immediately I was at ease. He could sense I was distressed and worked quickly to remove risk of water damage and then performed extensive investigation to the root cause of problem. He was beyond thorough in the evaluation and further in the explanation provided to me, the homeowner, during the process. His service cost + equipment installation was very reasonable. Weilhammer Plumbing has done multiple plumbing jobs for me at two houses. Every time I've had a great experience. Their work is top notch, and the prices are much better than the corporate options out there. Mark is a pleasure to work with too, with a great sense of humor. I can't recommend Weilhammer highly enough.

My experience with this company has been excellent! I purchased a new water heater from them about a year ago. Their service was very prompt. They called me back within 15 minutes, and I had a new water heater within 2 hours.

I recently had a leaking sprayer on my kitchen sink. It's a fairly old sprayer and Lowe's didn't have what I needed. I called Mr. Weilhammer and rather than come out and charge me with a service call like most companies would, he asked me to send him a picture of my sprayer. He them responded and said he had a hose like mine and left it for me to pick up at his store and didn't charge me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Anytime I have a plumbing issue, he will be the first person I call.

Our 14 year old water heater was no longer meeting the demands of our household. We got 3 quotes and the best was from Mark Weilhammer. The day after he provided the quote he installed a high quality 40 gallon tank at a very competitive price. Dan was the installer and he has 32 years of experience.
We would not hesitate to recommend Weilhammer Plumbing and will definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.

Weilhammer the best. After dealing with four days of no hot water, and 2 straight days of no shows by Zoom Mechanical (stay away) I called Mark at Weilhammer at midnight on Wednesday. He called me back at 8 am Thursday and my problem was fixed shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was very impressed by his attitude and help. The entire experience was great. I also loved the stickers he put on the water heater. Glad to know now when I need help next time, I'll know who to call, because I lose regular business cards or receipts all the time. Highly recommend if you want honest professional timely service.

Excellent Service! I called with an urgent water heater problem and had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. My basement is extremely hard to deal with, but Mark was able to replace the water heater without any problems or delay, and helped me work with my home warranty to get reimbursed. I would highly recommend this company for fast, reliable, and honest service at a very fair price. I was also provided with very valuable advice on long term maintenance. Far better than any other plumbing company I've ever worked with!
