They were able to fit us in today to replace a check valve for our sump pump. Great communication as to when the service guy would arrive. The service guy, Kyle was personable, efficient with his work and the work area was clean after he finished. This is not the first time that I have used Hamm & Sons, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Service was promptly arranged by Yancey and work to replace a toilet with the model requested was well done and efficiently.

We've had service from Hamm and Sons 3 times this year. The first employee told us he was born out of wedlock and discussed at length how he has fought insecurity his whole life as a result. Definitely TMI. There was a problem after the next service call and the company sent someone to fix it under warranty. That employee made very negative remarks about immigrants and made it clear about how he feels toward anyone not born and raised in the the United States. This was with no prompting from us as to his political views. We found his comments to be very insulting and do not plan on hiring Hamm & Sons in the future.

Sump pump replaced professionally and double checked for functionality. Technician was prompt and polite. Thank you!

The plumber arrived promptly and did a great job handling a problematic install. He kept me involved at every turn. Thanks for your attention to detail.

Keaton was excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong how to fix it and how it was improperly installed in the first place. He was quick with it, cleaned up and had a good personality. This is our second experience with Hamm and Sons and will be using them here on out for any plumbing needs.

Having issues with water softener. Doug came and put it through the paces. It being an older unit, it was determined it wasn't functioning in it's greatest capacity. We will be replacing it.

Not very happy. Supposed to install a dishwasher and for some reason needed to bring in a second tech at twice the price and still couldnt install it.
Plus they stripped the screw on the access panel which slowed down the electrician when he tried to hook up the electricity.

Doug and Thomas came to our home and unhooked our plumbing so that we could get get our new sink and counter installed. They both came back the next morning and reinstalled our garbage disposal, new faucet, new plumbing under sink & mounted our new dishwasher. They were early both days, communicated well via text and did a great job.

These guys were great, efficient, and trustworthy! We had a different company come and look at our plumbing issue... they charged us a steep diagnostic fee on top of massively expensive estimate for the seemingly simple job that needed to be done saying they were going to have to take out the floor and sink. A friend recommended we call Hamm and Sons so I gave it a shot. Doug came out, got to work, did the job without any fuss, and charged us a very reasonable and honest rate. It looks perfect and didn't take long at all! We will be calling for all our plumbing needs! Thank you!

Hamm and Sons have always given us excellent service for many many years. They are honest and dependable...always. We will soon be moving out of state.... will miss them! Can't recommend them enough!

Hamm and sons were awesome. We had a problem and we shut off our water. They were able to send a repair person within 2 hours. Keaton was our repair man and he was amazing. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and was able to repair and turn our water back on in just an hour. He was very nice and a great representation for the company. We highly recommend Hamm and Sons for your plumbing needs.

Dave was quite resourceful and got our unexpectedly clogged drain up and running despite the deep snow and cold. He understood our 1940 Broad Ripple house and knew how to work around -- not against -- multiple generations of plumbing.

We were so happy to someone out to our house so quickly. The problem was assessed immediately and he was able to take care of it then and there I already had a card forHamm and sons for plumbers and that’s who I immediately went to. We have an older Home so there seems to be more issues.

It's really nice to have contractors come into your home and know they're competent, efficient and courteous. It's additionally beneficial when they share ancillary insight which assists with future decisions on your project. I gladly commend Kyle who helped me today with my shower project.
