I would highly recommend Edwin Holmes Roofing. Ed was attentive to every detail of my roof’s installation. From the selection of the quality and color of shingles to the timely installation, Ed was involved in every aspect. He was very knowledgeable about the products used on my house’s roof and was very informative in his explanation of the process of the installation. While working at my residence, Ed was very responsible to leave a safe and clean worksite each evening. His craftsmanship and work ethic were of excellent caliber. I now have a roof and gutters which give my home a wonderful new curb appeal thanks to Edwin Holmes Roofing.

Holmes Construction recently replaced hail damaged roof and gutters on our home. Ed is very professional and thorough with estimates, work scheduling and follow up. He worked sometimes right along with the crew making sure all was being done just right.
No negative surprises all throughout the whole process.
Hope no repeat of the hailstorms but if they should come Ed Holmes Construction will be the first I'd call.

I had my roof and gutters replaced and my cedar siding re-painted. Edwin Holmes Construction did an amazing job and his recommendations for colors look phenomenal! My house looks better than when I bought it! Ed was very responsive and he really went above and beyond. He and his crew were all polite and professional, completed the job in a timely manner, and thoroughly cleaned up all debris that goes along with having a roof replaced. He ended up doing a lot of other random outdoor tasks for me as well, including fixing my deck stairs, trimming trees, installing new exterior light fixtures, hauling some junk away, making a new mail box post, fixing my broken gate, removing bushes and landscaping. They really can do it all!! I could not be happier that I chose Edwin Holmes to complete the work for me. I highly recommend him!

Holmes Construction and Roofing was the best decision I've made in years. From the owner to the most junior roofer, everyone treated myself and my property with respect. Ed was quick to come out and give a fair estimate, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Once work began, his crew finished my entire roof in two days. I was honestly shocked at the speed with which they worked. And let me tell you there weren't any corners cut! Unbelievable quality, service, and consideration. I would use this company again without a second's hesitation. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Edwin Holmes and his staff were very polite and efficient. Not only did he return my call promptly, but came to my home the very next day to look at my roof. He was very knowledgeable and upon talking to him, he immediately had a suspicion of what was wrong. He found several areas that were not cut or attached properly from the previous work that was done on my roof, and fixed them all in a timely manner. He kept in contact with me every step of the way and even sent pictures of everything that he found and needed to be fixed. I would recommend him and his crew for any sort of roofing fix!! He was the best I liked the fact that he was on the roof supervising and actually doing the work himself unlike A lot of companies that sell you a roof and then subcontract the job out to lord knows who?

Ed and his crew are fantastic! Ed replaced 5 (yes you read that right!) of my roofs and gutters after a hail storm in late June. He has a ton of experienceand is very detail oriented! He worked with my insurance and was able to convince them to cut me a check to start repairs on the spot. His company uses higher quality GAF shingles than other companies for the included price, and he was able to manage all of the work while my wife and I were on vacation! He sent me detailed pictures of all progress and personally cleaned up all nails with a magnet roller around my house and barns. His interior/general contractor Shauna is also amazing! She repaired a leak in my ceiling, replaced my custom tile shower pan, and installed a new hot and cold hose spigot in my garage for washing cars! Ed also replaced rotten wood siding, trimmed trees, and power washed my driveway! His crew can truly do it all!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Holmes Construction from start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and extremely thorough. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and every detail was handled with care.
What impressed me most was their attention to cleanliness — they were meticulous about cleaning up after the job, leaving my property spotless. It’s rare to find contractors who take such pride in their work and truly care about their customers’ satisfaction.
The owner was on the job the entire time with the crew helping and making sure the process was perfection.

Eric works. We had Eric Brooks here today and he was in our crawlspace. He was very factual and giving us information on the condition of our Carl Pace. We knew it had some problems down there, but we didn’t know how severe and we were getting ready to get those addressed. Thank you. He was very kind we appreciated. We appreciated him greatly. That was hard getting under that crawlspace. you have a very good employee there. We just wanted to tell you so you know thank you and then push.

Eric Brooks, came by this afternoon and even though there was nothing wrong with the foundation he was quick, honest, friendly honestly best interaction with any business in the state i have had this far.

Recently I had a sinking wall causing MANY cracks between my front porch and garage. After getting several inspections and bids I decided to go with Helitech. Eric, the rep, was knowlegable, respectful and non-preassuring. The work crew that installed the pier was experienced, expediant and professional completing the job in one day. Overall Helitech provided me with a very positive experience helping to address a very concerning situation. Long term, I don't know yet but at this point I could NOT be more pleased and definitely would highly recommend them.
