Such a great experience with Helitech. From the initial call to the appointment and scheduling/install of the job everything was extremely smooth and efficient. Eric was out 3 days after the initial call. He provided an extremely thorough assessment of my structural/water issues in the basement and provided a custom design to fit my needs. Leaps and bounds more detailed and informative than the other contractors I had called. They came at a reasonable price with great financing options. The crew was extremely clean and detailed. I’m a cautious and skeptical person and expected to find a mess or flaw somewhere- none to be found. Highly recommend calling Helitech with your foundation needs!

We had Eric from Helitech out to look at our basement wall that was cracking and bowing inward. Eric was very informative and was patient enough to explain the things to my wife that she did not understand. I really appreciated that. He showed us what they would fix it with and explained the install process and even showed us exactly how much it would cost that day while he was there. We couldn’t be happier with decision.

Mighty handled an exhausting amount of interaction with insurance, successfully got the funds, and handled the roofing like professionals. I have no reservations about recommending them.

Chris never stopped working with our insurance company. Mighty Dog worked hard to complete our complete tear-off in one day. Everyone was professional and cleaned up every shingle, board, and water bottle. Chris was a very good communicator and so far so good.

Jim was fantastic to work with! He provided great customer service, was knowledgeable, and helped me choose the best option for my replacement. The installation was done quickly and to a high standard, and wouldn't hesitate to call him for any of my future needs. I highly recommend for anyone in need of a roofing job well done!

Going thru roof replacement can be bit stressful on homeowner. Quality workmanship that was done was excellent

Mighty Dog replaced my roof and sided my house with vinyl. The result was very satisfying. Beyond the materials and the workmanship was the management of the project. In a word, outstanding. Customer satisfaction the stated goal. The extra mile was traveled in all facets of the undertaking to achieve that goal. If your expectations are reasonable, you will be hard pressed to work with a better external repair, replacement and renovation manager than Chris and his Mighty Dog team.

After a hail storm went thru the area I called Mighty Dog Roofing to do an inspection. They determined there was damage to the roof, gutter helmets and downspouts. They suggested there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. The accompanied the insurance adjuster when he inspected the roof for damage. The insurance company approved a minimal claim of which MDR did not agree. They went back to the insurance three more times with additional data showing there was considerable more damage than the adjuster had reported. After the fourth submission by MDR the insurance company finally agreed to a full roof replacement, along with gutter helmets and downspouts. I was very impressed that MDR never gave up and they fought for me with my insurance company until an appropriate settlement was reached. I filed the original claim and MDR did the rest. I feel the reason I got a full roof replacement was because of MDR and their desire to make sure I, as their customer was treated fairly. I'm not sure any other roofing company would have stuck by me the way they did. Having said all that, once the settlement was reached they promptly contacted me to get started on the project. The project went very well, they showed up on time, they contacted me every time there was any issue no matter how small, the roofers were very careful to make sure landscaping around the house was protected and did a great job in cleaning up the site once they finished. They did a first rate job, the roof, gutter guards and downspouts look great. I am totally satisfied and would recommend MDR to anybody when is in need of roofing.

Friends if your looking for a no hassle, fully transparent contractor look no further. Chris Tanner and mighty dog roofing should be your first call. I called 5 companies. Three didn’t fit my budget and one was asked to leave my house. I was tired and frustrated. Than however Chris Tanner showed up at my door and renewed my faith in the whole process. He told me not to worry that he was here to help. He was a great medium between myself and the insurance company. However the most important thing is that mighty dog roofing showed up when they said, did great work. Cleaned up afterwards and by the way their bid was really by far the best priced. I had extra money in my budget to upgrade on materials. So friends due yourselves a favor and call Chris Tanner first.
