Mighty Dog Roofing came out and inspected my roof. They provided an honest assessment of the condition and gave me what I felt was a competitive replacement cost estimate. They are professional, experienced and trustworthy!

Once I called and made an appointment they were out the next day. Worked with my insurance company since this was my first time ever making a claim. Once we picked everything out, the crews were here in 2 days and completed in 1 day! Even the neighbors were surprised how quickly it was completed and how great it looks! These guys did an awesome job. We needed all new gutters and downspouts and the ones they installed are beautiful. The pricing was very reasonable, they were very responsive and did the job in one day. Chris was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Quoted a replacement roof and replacement of a few down spouts/gutters on a two story, 100+ year old home; out of all quotes sourced mighty dog was right in the middle. Chris was professional and quick to respond to my questions. His team came on time day of install and worked until after dark- actually finishing up on the 2nd day. I ended up needing additional work done beyond the quote with an area of flat roof, but additional cost was fair and quality of work was high. His team was good about cleaning up after the work was done and did a good job about protecting established plants around my home. Would definitely recommend mighty dog to anyone looking for a high quality roof replacement.

Our entire experience w Mighty Dog from initial meeting w Chris Tanner to the completion of the roof, gutters, and plaster work and painting has been amazing. Chris sat down and explained procedures and what would be done. As well, Chris was so professional w our insurance company working w their people to expedite the needed information, estimates, revisions, and meeting their requirements. We have had roofing done multiple times and this has truly been the best
contractor and crews experience. The crews were organized, neat, professional, and on task. Such a difficult pitch on the roof made it a challenge, we r sure. If I could rate Chris Tanner, I would rate him 10. I met him about a year ago. My neighbor had Mighty Dog do some repair. I was very impressed with our meeting, and decided when I needed repair I would call him. I had my roof replaced. Chris worked extremely well with my insurance company.

Chris was timely, extremely thorough and very direct/honest during his assessment and quoting of my home & garage roof, ventilation and siding systems. He has a demonstrated depth and breadth of knowledge, especially with regard to ventilation systems which I've found to be a serious industry knowledge gap after my first roof replacement with another roofing contractor. He provided frank, no nonsense assessments with solutions available and ensured that all questions I had were answered comprehensively and was very transparent on estimated costs for work needing completion.

I sincerely wish I had known about Chris & Mighty Dog Roofing when I had my roof & gutters replaced; I would feel peace of mind had I known about and partnered with them for this work versus where I currently am at.

Not sure of their title, but Chris came out to inspect our home after a storm and was of great help to us. Our builder tried to tell us that the damage to the siding on our house was an act of God and not covered by the warranty. Chris came out and walked us through what he saw- that the improper installation of the siding led to the issue. Chris further pointed out other area where this was evident. I was able to go back to the builder and share the education I received. The builder agreed with Chris and is not fixing the issues.

Can’t say enough about the honesty and integrity of this company! They could have sold us a line to get business but instead helped us at their own expense!

Crew was punctual, worked long into the evening to get the job done in one day and did a great job cleaning up. The roof looks fantastic! Lines are straight, everything looks awesome awesome! Highly recommend! And Chris (sales) was great. On top of anything needed.

He was very honest about our situation as we do not need a new roof and provided an affordable recommendation on how to fix our problem. Chris did a great job last summer quoting and overseeing the replacement of my gutters. Happy with those results.

When I had a roof vent damaged by the wind this spring, I called him out for a roof inspection and quote.
Not only did he do that on short notice, he also helped me out - nailing down my tarp over the hole in my roof with no charge, as well as adding a few nails where they had worked loose around the edging on my chimney.

The tarp has held through all the wind and rains that rolled through the last 10 days. His customer service is beyond amazing!

Matt, was very responsive and delivered more than was expected. He took care of my questions and was very fair with the additional work I added to the original estimate

Everyone at Universal Roofing & Exteriors were fantastic to work with from start to finish. You wouldn't expect anything less from a company started by a fellow Butler Bulldog! Justin was such a nice guy who even gave me advise on some other projects I was thinking of doing in the future. Roof got fixed promptly along with the wonderful repair and paint job on the bathroom ceiling. I won't think of calling anyone else when the next issue arises!

If you have an insurance claim for your home or just looking for an exterior contractor, this is the company to use. I live in Kentucky but own a home in Carmel, Indiana as well. I spent many hours researching who I should use to do a roof replacement, since I only come to my Indiana home in July-Aug. Universal worked directly with my insurance adjuster, they do the replacement in accordance to state code and manufacturing requirements, they guarantee the work, and deliver the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did the replace my roof, but the do copper replacement which looks AWESOME and siding! The sales person Rob was great to work with, he explained everything in detail, the process was extremely clear and smooth. They cleaned after the job and ensured I was satisfied with the work.

This place is a joke.. They were recommended to us by our insurance company (shame on them and I will be filing a complaint about them with our insurance company) after our home was hit by the storm. This was our first claim ever so the process was very new to us. We had damage to the siding of our home and fence. They put a tarp on the side of the home and gave us a quote to paint and fix boards on the fence which was extremely high. We asked around and decided to call other companies to get quotes on new fences. We had a brand new fence installed for what they wanted to fix and paint old boards.. Once we received our insurance check I called their office to make good on the repairs they made for the tarp on the side of the home. The ladies in the office told me the bill was paid and we were good. I called twice to verify (a 2nd call a different day) and the lady in the office was to call me back that afternoon if there was any discrepancies. I never received a call back nor did we receive a bill in the mail. This was in late June early July 2023.. Here it is mid December and now I am being harassed saying my bill was never paid even though their office said the bill was paid and I tried to pay it. I got several emails from 3 different people in a matter of 1 day Justin, Matt and Gary. I would never do business with this company. They are very shady, expensive and don't conduct business well at all. I tried to pay a bill and it's not my fault their office said my bill was already paid for and taken care of. This is not a place you want to do business with.

I would highly recommend Universal for all roofing needs. Matt M. was very professional, on time and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right materials/roof/gutters etc for our replacement. His work with our insurance made all the difference.

Universal Roofing was wonderful, very professional and thorough. We had an issue with another builder and Universal took care of it, gave us a beautiful roof and had a great attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend this company. Rob Yeary is the best.

Universal Roofing was great to work with on our project, which was a complete new roof due to hail damage. The roof is beautiful, and Behory, who was our main contact, gave the project a personal touch, advocated for us with the insurer, and stayed on top of the project throughout.
We also appreciated how responsive Beahory was to any questions. If we had to leave a message (which was infrequent as he usually answers his phone), he would call back immediately. We would highly recommend this company.

The Universal crew did a fantastic job! They replaced and painted all of my old siding. Very professional, hard working and done on time. I would highly recommend them. My thanks to Gary and the rest of the staff on a job well done.
