Our technician was knowledgeable, personable, and had solutions to our issues to move forward and even in a timely manner. Excited for our fix and to use our pool a tad longer this fall with a new heater!

James did a great job. We have an older system and he had to spend extra time getting it to work. He was committed to getting the system working regardless of how long it was going to take. Explained everything thoroughly.

I submitted a request for a warranty repair and I was placed on the schedule by the end of the day. The team arrived on time and the work was completed quickly. Great Service!!

Pools of Fun has been opening and closing our pool for several years, and opened today it for the 2022 season. Although we were not present during the time Josh Burns performed the opening services, we returned home to find everything in readiness for swimming. We received both a call and text letting us know when he was on his way. Then, in follow-up, Josh emailed us an itemized evaluation of the condition of all our pool equipment; happily, everything is looking good for another swim season. Thanks, Josh and Pools of Fun!

Called to get some questions answered about a part that I was needing. (Pools of fun installed the pool at my home) The lady who I spoke with didn’t want to answer my questions or actually help me, she just kept repeating we have one in stock, I would have been happy to purchase the “one you have in stock” but spend the few minutes answering my questions so that I will continue to use your company. I told the lady I understand that you have one in stock but I wanted to understand more about it. She actually hung up the phone on me! Will not be using the place for my pool needs! Very rude!

Josh called ahead to let me know he’d be arriving. The gentleman did a great job closing the pool once again this year. Appreciate having Pools of Fun entire crew helping, working as a team so we can enjoy the pool. Thank you

Where do I begin?!? Huge project we planned for with an end result of complete disaster! We had been contracted out from pools of fun to get our concrete poured. Pools ok, but the concrete work they hired to do the work for us is pure disappointment!!!! Our landing floods, wasn’t poured evenly. The contractor that came out was in a rush, didn’t care, cursed every time he spoke, used two different mixes of concrete and doesn’t even match. Contacted them back in October, then January with a response they will take care of. Then crickets…. Now, since I reached out to another contractor that was hired for the same job, they took action immediately and got them to come out to reassess the issue. They came back out, and cut the concrete with hopes it would drain…. Nope! Still puddling, flooded in spots with nowhere for the water to go. So disappointing!!! Taking further action if this does not get addressed NOW!
They were also contracted out by pools of fun to repair our sidewalk…. Wow, that’s another joke. I could probably have my 5 yr old nephew do concrete better than they can. That’s getting fixed but the backyard landing…. Another story! My patience is running thin!
We are having issues with the waterfalls, not pumping out enough pressure. Bryan who is now addressing concerns is now taking over since the last guy apparently was fired. But honestly, it’s their job to follow up with open tickets that havnt been addressed, right? Poor communication. But, I am hopeful that this will get addressed and that I can repost the end result with their responses to their unfinished work…..
to be continued……. -
I wouldn’t recommend spending any money with this company to build your pool. Once they get the sale, the good service goes out that window. Dodie was ok, but not the best.Their Project Manager Tom is a horrible, communication was terrible. Tom wasn’t very informative and actually on the day of closing the pool he tried to tell me to clean my pool on the first day when they just finished the job. Hindsight I would’ve went with another company that value their customers. Look at all options before you give Pools of fun to your hard earned $.

We had an absolutely terrific experience working with Pools of Fun! From day 1, they were attentive, kind, informative, helpful and professional. Our rep, Tyler, was phenomenal! We ended up doing something different than we originally intended because he was very knowledgable and helpful. We are not only soo much happier with the outcome but we got more out of our pool and it saved us money in the end. Not many companies truly have the best interest of the customer and their preferred budget as a priority anymore but Pools of Fun did. The process was very easy and even fun! The communication was efficient and scheduling was prompt. We have had a kind, respectful team on our property often and have really enjoyed getting to know them. They literally blew us away from the very beginning when they had the entire pool dug and walled in in one day! The customer service has been excellent, we have been able to reach our rep, our construction manager and the office staff at any point when we had questions or concerns and they were quick to respond and be helpful. Our construction manager frequents our job many times a week and is always quick to be helpful, answering questions and concerns that we have as first time pool owners. We also feel as though we got a great deal for a beautiful pool! We have priced pools over the years and for all of the options included in our pool (16x40 liner pool with a splash ledge, shallow end, diving well and diving board) and for the customer service level that we have received, we feel that it was money very well spent! They also helped easily connect us with financing at Key bank who does a high volume of pool loans and makes the process very easy. Overall, we have been completely thrilled with Pools of Fun and confidently refer them to all of our friends....who all RAVE about how terrific our pool is! We cannot thank you enough, Pools of Fun and your team! We absolutely love our pool and have loved our experience working with you!

I had a pool installed 2003 we were all excited to get our new pool because it cost a lot of money. From day one this pool had water issues floating the liner. There were several things done wrong one was putting the sump pit on the inside next to the house making it hard to pump it out. It should have been on the outside of the pool where the skimmer is. They replaced the liner for free and we paid to put another sump pit in but it still didn’t cure the problem. Yea after year it would float and go back causing it to look like a mess with a bunch of creases. I have hesitated in sending a bad review because I am just not that kind of person but their customer service has been absolutely terrible. Ignored phone calls and no solutions then the straw that broke the camel back was I had setup an appointment to have a new liner put in this spring and call after call no one calling me back I finally just tried a sales number and what do you know someone answers. She tells me they don’t have a opening till July or Aug to put a new liner in...... are you kidding me this is a joke. BEWARE!!!!! Do not use them you will regret it.

I was told the pool closure was a blow out of the lines only for $385. To have the cover put on, the fee was over $500 per the personI who scheduled the appointment. When Adam came today, he told my husband the covering of the pool was included in the $385 with us filling the water tubes prior. There would have been an additional fee if they were to cover the pool and fill the tubes today. My husband declined. Adam did a good job. I can't blame him for Customer service not advising of correct information. I would give Adam 5 stars and Customer service 3 stars. So, I will give a final 4 stars. L.R.

I didn't see a photo of today's Technician, Adam Hayes, but the team did a great job on the closing. Well-coordinated on all team aspects (we have the Parmount System which requires precise 2 person closing), very thorough and knowledgeable. Great Job!!!

I have been to the store multiple times this year and I have always had excellent customer service from the ladies who check the chemicals. I have seen them perform well even with the ongoing chemical shortage and with really difficult customers. They are always calm and polite. When I follow their instructions, my chemicals always balance.

As with any business, everyone's experience is different. I had my pool put in over 9 years ago and they were nothing but professional from start to finish. Each season it is well communicated what my options are, and what they will provide in terms of service, chemicals, etc. so I know up front. In 9 years there have been issues with equipment and the automatic cover--pools require maintenance after all--but when there is an issue, I am able to email the office, call or text my service technician directly and it is addressed. It's a big decision to put in a pool, and not cheap to maintain, but I have been pleased with the service this company has provided me and they help me enjoy my pool each season.

Nathan Fender and Joey, my technicians, were very patient with my concerns and questions. The result was a very well done professional
liner installation. I was very pleased with their knowledge and workmanship. I would highly recommend them. -
So, so discouraged with this company. Last year, Sep 2022, Pools of Fun installed my pool. I was elated to finally be a pool owner, and looked forward to working with Pools of Fun to help me with all my maintenance needs. After my first year of having this pool, I am truly regretting my decision. After countless trips, conversations and thousands of dollars spent in chemicals this year, I have an unsightly, large stain on the side of my pool that I cannot get rid of and Pools of Fun refuses to truly help and provide sufficient guidance. I've purchased and performed all remedies suggested but the stain still remains. I've called service to get additional help and get bounced around and told I have to work with the pool store. I was told to 'do my research' by one service employee because it's not the pool, it's the ground the pool is in so it's not their responsibility. Well, my research says to seek professional help. I assumed Pools of Fun was the professional help, but obviously I am wrong. Thanks for after only one full season of pool ownership, regret my decision to own a pool.

I purchased a new liner and cover. The installers on both did a great job. They were efficient and took the time to explain what they were doing and why.
There was a hiccup in the measurements by the manufacturer and pools of fun found the mistake and quickly got the right one made. They kept me in the loop and worked very hard to deliver everything they promised.
They had good communication from the techs calling ahead, work order emails to me to know what was coming next and follow ups after.
Great Job. -
Customer Notes:
1. James notified me at the start of the day when he expected to be on site.
2. Sent confirmation of exact time about 1 hour prior to arrival.
3. I was able to be on site before he left. James ran me through the list of tasks completed, noted any findings, and made recommendations on any follow up I could do.
4. Highly efficient: opened the pool and completed the cleaning in 1 hour. -
Pools of Fun replaced my Automatic Pool Cover today, and the whole process was fantastic. They arrived when they said they would, confirming everything in advance. The technicians were friendly and did an outstanding job. The cover looks great!

Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every point of our pool and the system that runs it. Showed us how to operate the pump and filter and answered all of our questions. Great job and would recommend Nathan to anyone
