We have many clients who have a Pools of fun pool in their backyard! We love doing our workouts with a beautiful view! Their custom designs are functional for whatever needs your family has! We have been in sessions when the pools of fun crew has been there and they are always professional and respectful!

Terrible Quality they installed a pool for my son with all the bells and whistles after only a few days it was a embarrassing eye sore the step railing installed crooked the concrete around pool started cracking and now big chunks of concrete popping off . They just blew off concern and wouldn’t step up to address concern. They just blew finish on concrete is poor one section is troweled smooth some of the others is rough. Pea gravel used not packed limestone . It’s a mess it’s not what you expect in spending so much and getting the cold shoulder from Pools of Fun. Not much fun few months later

We just completed our pool and Tom was fantastic in focusing his training on what we need to do over the winter months as we close our pool, as well as give us the option to do the summer training next spring when we open our pool. Could not be happier with the build and results. Thank you! Very happy with the experience!

**Absolutely Do Not Recommend – A Costly and Frustrating Experience**
We hired Pools of Fun to install our pool last fall, and it has been one of the most disappointing and stressful contractor experiences we’ve ever had. Despite providing detailed specifications and referencing a previous design they had built, the crew arrived with incorrect measurements and placed the layout in the wrong location. We were later told that the original design was no longer possible due to updated codes—something they failed to disclose until after we had put down a substantial deposit. Their oversight forced us to choose between altering the size or spending even more money to preserve the features we were promised. On dig day, the pool was still placed three feet off, resulting in unexpected concrete costs, of which they only covered half. Training on the system was rushed and incomplete, leaving us to discover problems ourselves, including a sealed and damaged in-floor canister and multiple leaks. Their team initially refused to inspect a leak near the equipment pad, blaming us until we proved otherwise with a video. Even after repairs, leaks persisted, and scheduled service calls resulted in no-shows. Now, as of May, we are dealing with more issues, including a failed GFI and no power to our equipment. Compared to our previous experience with Family Leisure—who at least stood behind their work—Pools of Fun has been a complete disaster. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the money and stress. -
OUR WALKWAY IS FALLING APART!!! - UPDATE #3
I've sent many emails to the VP of Operations Bryan Critser with photos showing more issues with the concrete walkway, NO RESPONSE!
I just found 2 days ago that the shotty repair they did on the railing mounts is starting to break apart (See images)
UPDATE AFTER JUST FOUR MONTHS: I went out yesterday to wash all the leaves and debris from the pool walkway, that is when I noticed a chunk of concrete missing.
PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING POOLS OF FUN FOR YOUR PROJECT, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.
The biggest issue among all the other issues we've experienced is our pool concrete walkway. Pea gravel was used under the concrete, pea gravel does not compact. 4 days after they poured the concrete, It started cracking in various areas (see images).
We voiced our concern with Pools of fun because we knew something wasn't right and was only going to get worse as time progressed. Pools of fun wanted to patch the cracks, completely disregarding our concern of issues down the road.
The handrail to get into the pool was also repaired because the mounts submerged in the concrete walkway were improperly installed. They came out and reset the mounts, but it is still crooked and not square to the pool itself. Pools of fun sent an email stating they confirmed proper installation onsite. Problem is they were only concentrating on one angle of the hand rail and not ALL angles (see image).
I've also included images of the concrete inconsistent texture. Some areas are smooth and some areas are very very rough.
We've been trying to get Pools of fun to do the right thing and ease our concerns of more issues sooner than later, by removing the walkway, placing the correct compacting material (crushed stone) and repouring the walkway with a professional standard level of care. This wasn't a $30k job, it was $129k job and we are embarrassed and disappointed at this level of customer care.
Sadly, we've had to spend more money on an Attorney and and Engineering firm specializing in this to hold pools of fun accountable.

I used this company to replace my roof several years ago and when I began having issues recently, I called three additional roofing companies to come inspect it. All of them stated that the ridge vent was not open and so there was no air circulating in the attic. Last summer I had soffit vents added at the advice of Mr. Allender. Who then later I discovered, failed to inform me That the attic insulation should be moved away from the vents to add to the airflow and circulation. Now I have an attic full of mold. I did a lot of research and learned a lot about how attic ventilation should work and what it should look like. This is something I wish I had done years ago. When I called Mr. Allender to speak to him about it, he became very defensive and verbally abusive, even threatening to sue me at one point. I would have trusted him to remedy the issue and even paid for materials again. I’m not a litigious soul. I believe in giving people second and even third chances to make things right. But this was unacceptable and I have no option other than to warn the public. I’ve been in property management for over 25 years and have never come across such poor customer service.

Richard was very helpful in getting our roof completely covered by our insurance company. The entire roof to include 2 car garage and 2 car carport cost me nothing out of pocket. Friendly and helpful the entire way and went above and beyond to include items that insurance didn't cover because it was the right thing to do. Would refer to anyone to use.

You decide on a company, maybe say a prayer, and hope like hell you've placed your trust in a group of professionals that make life better.
This was the case for me and my family!
Eric Kline is a pro. Prompt, extremely knowledgeable, confident, available and helpful.
From the first phone call to the final handshake it WAS easy. And surprisingly...enjoyable.
How often can that be said when dealing with sales/construction companies?
I hope for you it happens all the time!
In my experience, it's rare.
Thank you Tracy Heine at Restoration Builders for connecting us with Eric! -
