We’ve used Pools of Fun for almost 2 decades and the great service by Lee and Nathan to open our pool this morning was another example of why. Pools of Fun sent regular reminders of our upcoming opening, and Lee called about 30 minutes before he and Nathan arrived. They worked quickly, but carefully, inspecting equipment, checking the pool and the pump, re-installing our pool handlebars, and placing our pool cover pump back on the pool with the hose directed onto the lawn when they were done. Friendly, but very professional. Shortly after they completed the job, we received an email with a pre-arrival checklist (including a photo of our pump and small things like whether they asked if where they parked was OK) and then a second email with a 27-point checklist reporting on the condition of our pool cover, heater, filter and other items. Wow! Great job, Lee, Nathan and Pools of Fun.

James, from the service team, did an excellent job troubleshooting an issue. He was thorough and very courteous. We have had great experiences with all of the service techs from Pools of Fun, which is not always the case from other pool builders! 👍🏼👍🏼

As always the Pools of Fun team was great. Starting with Janet in the service department. She was able to locate a new heater for us and had us on the schedule the next day. The technicians arrived on time and went straight to work. Lee was friendly and had the job done within the hour. It's so nice to count on such a great company, Thank you.

Always a great experience. Adam came out and closed our pool quickly and efficiently. Fantastic guy with a great company.

UPDATE MAY 2025 - Stay far away from pools of fun. I had a medical emergency last fall and upgraded to their VIP closing. They said they had to come back to do the vacuum and leaf removal after the pool closed. When they came to open it this spring, they said the water was black and too far gone and a full drain and refill would be needed. THEY CLOSED IT INCORRECTLY AND CAUSED THIS!! All they want to do is refund the VIP service and claim this was nothing to do with them. Run……run far away from Pools of Fun Plainfield.

My family loves our pool and is very grateful for the Pools of Fun team that helped make it a reality!

If you're considering a pool, I can't recommend Pools of Fun enough! They really do go above and beyond to create a beautiful backyard space and an enjoyable experience along the way!

If I could give a 0, I would! Cannot recommend this location. Faulty reports led to purchase not needed. No return policy means there is no recourse for their mistake. This is the experience that gives pool ownership a bad reputation.

The retail store always takes time to help.explain my water tests, when I got white water mold they got me right on with their Pool Care Team and had it cleared up in 5 days ! The grand babies were happy 😊

We absolutely LOVE the Pools of Fun team. Josh Burns was instrumental in making our experience fun and flawless. We were updated every morning on the schedule and the team was always available for questions. Would definitely recommend!

I would have given a 5-star review for the pool installation itself — it looks great. However, what’s the point of a beautiful pool if you can’t even use it? After the pool was opened on Saturday, there were several mechanical issues: not enough pressure to fill the tanks, a possible air leak, and the heater not working. Instead of thoroughly testing the system to ensure everything was functioning properly, it felt like the job was rushed just to check off a box. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and quality control. A pool is a major investment, and I expected better service post-installation.

Pools of Fun’s service department informed us that the warranty had expired. However, when we contacted the manufacturer directly about the item, we found that it was still under warranty. This is all documented in email correspondence. When we confronted Pools of Fun, rather than apologizing, they denied it and still sent us a bill for PARTS & LABOR.

They informed us that they will no longer service our pool because we copied the manufacturer on an email calling out how they were taking advantage of customers.

Daniel was a great technician! Very friendly! Explained the process in depth and was very prompt and efficient in replacing our pool cover fabric!!

Ashley was phenomenal to work with on my pool install! This is my first pool and I had so many questions and wanted to ensure that I knew the in's and out's of maintenance. She made me feel like there was no question that was stupid to ask, which trust me... I asked her a lot of the same questions, twice lol! She was kind, thoughtful and thorough! Cannot recommend the Pools of Fun team enough and now I'm excited to be a pool owner and so very thankful for Ashley and her expertise!!

We’ve had a fantastic build and close with Pools of Fun. This is our second pool with them. Some of the same guys that were working on the pool going in came out to close for the season. It was great to see them.

Pools of Fun took care of our pool while we unexpectedly had to leave state for an extended period of time. They custom built a pool care program to reflect our needs and kept us updated with pictures and chemical readings. While away our pump went down by he time we called the next day they had already sent out an estimate and scheduled date with in the same week. We are very grateful they were there to protect our investment.

This company is the best! We had the besT communication from their sales team to their construction team! It helped us get the exact pool that we wanted! I can't rave enough about how pools of fun handled business but made us feel like family!

Pools of Fun did a great job for us. From the day they started digging till the day we took our first swim was only 18 days. Jake was most helpful in setting up the design and Brian was most helpful during construction.

Customer service is awesome!!! Rhonda was very quick to respond to inquiry and help with any questions we had!!!

I spoke to Rhonda who was very pleasant and knowledgeable I will be getting back with her when I decide what I want!
