I had a great guy service my HVAC today. Bobby Taylor did an excellent job tuning up my heater. Taking time to answer questions and recommend the appropriate corrections for my system. Williams Comfort Air should be proud of having dedicated employees. He was polite, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me. I appreciate his effort and highly recommend Williams as they were within my budget as well.

We use Williams Comfort Air exclusively for Heating and AC needs. From purchasing a new system, to installation and maintenance, they are our first choice. Every technician has been great. Dylan Campbell was our technician yesterday, and was top-notch. He really knew his stuff, and explained everything in detail. Great experience as always.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Santiago came out, listened to my concerns, double-checked things, and spent time explaining his findings. I also had a good experience with whoever took my initial call to set up the service - I expressed concern over paying for them to come out because I had already paid multiple other companies since we’re trying to diagnose an unknown problem. They listened, asked a coworker a technical question, and offered enough assurance that made me comfortable booking and paying. It ended up not being an HVAC issue, but I don’t regret hiring them at all and would again. The technician was thorough, patient, and informative.

The guys, Jose and another gentleman, did a good job on the installation. They were on time, courteous, and from what I can tell very thorough with their work.

I bought a Carrier 2 stage AC and furnace system, so it was going to be more expensive anyway. I found their pricing to be more than one competitor, and less than another for similar type systems.

If I were to make any recommendations, it would be that the sales person do some kind of follow up after the sale. No real sense gratitude for purchasing a $15k system or any follow up afterwards. Some guidance on filing for the rebates that were part of the quote would have been nice as well.

Willams does Electrical now! ❤️ Martin did a fantastic job installing a vintage chandelier. He carefully checked the wiring in the fixture and my 120 year old home, extended the chain, tested for the heavy weight of the fixture and asked my preferences at every step. His attention to detail and competence gave me confidence in a project I was a bit nervous about! The finished result is absolutely stunning! Do not hesitate to hire Williams for any service that needs careful, skilled attention!
