Great technician, salesperson, and installation crew!
- Monday, 2pm: Technician showed up on time and very courteous. The outdoor compressor was locked up, as the unit was 33 years old.
- Monday, 3pm: Salesperson showed up an hour later, sold me a completely new system (again the existing system was over 30 years old) and we finished the sale around 4pm.
- Tuesday 9am: Installation crew showed up the next morning around 9am. Four crew members and two trucks. They had everything needed for a complete removal and new installation and had the work done by 4pm the same day. 24-hour turn-around from salesperson to full installation. And let me tell you, it was not a small job.
- I give 5 stars to everyone involved from the initial technician to the salesperson, to the inside team at their facility, the fabrication department for sheet metal, to the purchasing agents, and a 5+ star to the installation crew that completed the removal and installation of the new equipment the same day.

Lost air conditioner 7/5 in the a.m. Called Sunday to see if I could get a repair appointment. The appointment was initially setup for Wednesday 7/9. Happily I received a call at 5:30 pm on 7/7 to say they could come last night. The technician, Enrique, pin-pointed the issue immediately after running diagnostic tests. He replaced a failed capacitor and completely cleaned the entire A/C system. We were thrilled with how quickly everything went. We highly recommend Williams Comfort Air for your HVAC needs.

Good afternoon To whom it may concern with Williams comfort air. My name is Mr. Hampton to let you know that Mr. Chandler Huffman did a great magnificent job working on a old furniture. He took the time out to locate the issue. And make sure that whatever parts needed was Putin. I am so please and happy that this young man helped us out. He had patience. He was determined to get the work accomplish for us.
So I say to you. This man should be promoted. He's committed to his work.
And he knows what he's doing.

Brian Williams finally fixed the over heat problem. After some four years of the maintenance techs coming out and just trying to sell things, Brian adjusted the gas pressure and the hi temp switch has yet to trip. Running on a full week now, with outside Temps below zero.

I did not have a positive duct cleaning. This is how my house was left. There were dirty finger prints on my wall registers, the tape used was left on the registers as well. The registers that needed removed were just pulled off the wall, pull paint away and leaving drywall dust on the ground that wasn't cleaned up.

Williams Comfort Air shows up on time, installs quality equipment and they always do a professional job. Highly recommend.

Their level of service is what all companies should strive for. We had prior notification of our technician, a very accurate call ahead, and a professional atmosphere from start to finish. I used WCA several times in the distant past when living in a different area, prior to building a new house and had very good luck. I have (3) Geo systems, and WCA did not install them.

Five years later; I had problems with my GEO systems and I resorted to the company that installed them to repair them. They were unresponsive. I was mistakenly under the impression that WCA did not work on GEO Thermal systems, so I contacted 3 companies other then WCA to work on them. None were very competent, none had a large stable of techs with true GEO Thermal experience, and the last not only tried to fix it with 4 visits, but also charged me several thousands of dollars and could not repair the system.

Looking for a solution and knowing I had very good luck with WCA in the past, I contacted WCA to inquire on their ability to work on GEO Thermal systems and found they do have that capability, explained my problem, requested they send a seasoned GEO tech, and they were very responsive. They sent Craig to do an initial review in short order, and he carefully listen to the history of attempts to repair, and within less than an hour he diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts on a Thursday, and scheduled a repair for the following Monday. That Monday he showed up with an additional tech (David) and they double checked everything and found that there was actually more issues than previously thought, showed me how the prior company did not do the work correctly and explained the process that would be required going forward. Long story short, they finally fixed the system, which was a complex set of issues, and the system now works flawlessly. Upon questioning them further, I found that WCA has a very deep team of techs. I regret not having called them sooner. As a result, I have signed up for there maintenance plan and can highly recommend WCA.
