Mike P. came to do our annual heat check up with WCA, and he was awesome! He set us up to be ready for winter and provided some options for additional improvements for our HVAC unit. He was timely, polite, and professional. Will definitely be using WCA (and Mike P.) again for our HVAC needs.

We received our winter maintenance today from Abraham. He was polite and arrived on time. Explained how our system was performing, William's always does a great job. We are on their maintenance plan.

We use the company for your heating and cooling maintenance needs. The service they provide with seasonal checkups have been done very timely and are very professional. All techs have been great and all appointments are set up and tracked well.

The communication before and after the appointment was very good. Our tech - DaWaun - was professional and personal. He explained everything in sufficient detail, and was extremely patient with questions.

Jason did our HVAC service today and did a phenomenal job. Very personable and worked in a efficient and timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about his job. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

We had Kenny as our technician tune up our HVAC unit and we couldn’t be more happy with the experience! Kenny was 20 minutes early for our service window tuned up both our AC and heating. The equipment is in great shape because of service we’ve had year over year from Williams. We highly recommend Williams!

Mark Burkart with Williams Comfort Air came out to do a simple scheduled maintenance on the heating system. He's was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and a great guy to talk to as well. I'd love to have him back out to do the maintenance again sometime.

I had asked for a furnace inspection and Adrian provided great service and information about our current furnace. He is a very polite and engaging young man. One thing I appreciate more than anything is a technician (or business) that does not use “scare tactics” and try to “upsell” service, which is why I had tried out Williams Comfort Air in lieu of past company used. I plan to use Williams Comfort Air for my HVAC needs in the future.

Williams Comfort Air continues to do a great job with our HVAC needs. We have used them for several years now, and we’re continually impressed with all of their HVAC technician’s knowledge, work ethic, honesty, helpfulness, patience, attention to detail, nonexistent sales pressure, and focus on keeping our existing HVAC system in great shape and running for as long as possible without pushing parts, upgrades, or services we don’t need.
Today’s HVAC tech, Matthew Harris, did an amazing job. But we have honestly never had a bad technician or a poor experience with Williams Comfort Air. Hopefully they will continue to hire, train, and keep the best technicians. Hoping their owners & managers will not mess with this winning formula.
It appears that Williams Comfort Air understands that…”JUST TREATING PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED”…will create returning, lifelong customers. Seems simple and obvious, but still hard to find companies that believe and live that. Give them a try. I don't think you’ll regret it.

Yesterday evening, we noticed a chill in the house. We woke up to a house that was 58 degrees. Called Williams Comfort Air and was given an appointment this morning! Roger provided great communication as to when he would arrive. He quickly found the problem and fixed it quickly. It's wonderful having a warm house in this cold weather!

Excellent customer service. In fact about the best customer service I have received in a long time. Technician was knowledgeable and very helpful in making my decisions. I will gladly call them again!

The HVAC quit. Williams Comfort Air sent a technician that afternoon. He determined that a breaker on the air handler wasn't working. Repair required replacing the entire block. The part was ordered and a technician repaired the unit the next day. We're very appreciative for the quick service since the temperature will be in the 20s tomorrow. Both technicians, Trent and Mike, were knowledgeable and professional. The system is 6 years old and covered by warranty. There was no charge.

Mr. Isaiah Dobbins was our service technician. He was punctual, called before his arrival, and provided excellent service. He explained what he was doing, was extremely neat, clean, and well organized. Isaiah had a pleasant personality and showed respect toward our furnace. I plan on requesting him again for my AC Maintenance this spring. He is a definately a credit to Williams Comfort Air.

Willams Comfort Air and Heating installed my new Ac and Heating unit back in 2017 and it was very affordable and I haven’t had any issues with it. I currently use their yearly maintenance plan and whenever they come out they are respectful to my property and take the time to explain everything they’ve doing and send me photos and give me options on any work that might be needed without being pushy about it. The last technician Trent who came out did a great job of explaining things I can do to ensure my HVAC unit keeps running smoothly. This is a great company to use and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My technician called before arrival, was on time and very courteous (including covering his shoes on a newly cleaned carpet without prompting). He was adept at explaining the maintenance procedures performed. The job was completed in the time expected and the tech was friendly and personable. Very satisfied with Williams Comfort Air service. They installed my system for both heat and air and service it regularly. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for a great experience.

I have trusted Williams Comfort for years. When my 15 year old furnace stopped working, I had a tech who checked everything, showed me pictures and video of the problem and was very professional about my options. A gentleman came out within hours to give me prices on the options and today I had the most respectful and courteous installation team, being very patient with my vision problems as they took me through everything, warranty, setting up my smart thermostat, etc. I am enjoying my very quiet new furnace. I can not say enough about the friendly, courteous and professional people at Williams. In an age where so many companies try to take advantage of people, I feel I can always trust Williams. I have never had a bad experiences with them.

We purchased a new HVAC from Williams Comfort Air back in 2019. They have been servicing it twice a year since then. We have been very happy with the product and the service they provide. Our most recent furnace tuneup was performed by Chris Perez. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was on site almost 2 hours doing a very thorough job servicing our furnace and answering our questions. I have no reason to look to anyone else other than Williams Comfort Air. - Verlin Nash
