I called and they got me an appointment the same day for our toliet. Woman on the phone was very professional.
Brad was our plumber that took care of the diagnosis and stayed with us until the job was done. He recommended a great company,AA Septic Service, that came to pump out the septic ssystem.Brad worked with the man that arrived and made sure all drains and toliet were working properly afterhe installed a riser to make system more accessible in the future.

Called Justin Dorsey Plumbing after another company let me down. They came out same day and gave me an estimate. Were able to start the work of replacing a shallow well pump and line the next morning. By mid morning we had water again!!! Recommend to all I know.

Had them out last year to help with the remodel of the spare bathroom and the gentleman did an awesome job. Call this time to fix a leaky faucet. The gentleman that came out did an awesome job too. They do a great job and are a less costly than some of the others out there.

After another plumber came, left and the hot water heater problem returned an hour later but they said they couldn’t get back to us the same day, Justin Dorsey Plumbing saved us and got our hot water back up and running that night! Kevin was great, had everything he needed to get it fixed and explained it all to us as well as what our options could be for new products down the line. When that time comes we’ll definitely be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing again!

Troy came over to replace a valve behind my fridge. I originally called to have him look at two valves that were marked as issues by another service company. Troy was honest and straightforward no up charging or scamming which sadly has been an issue for most places I have come to look at or do repairs on issues in my home. He gave me a direct price which was extremely honest and fair and got to work. He didn't take long and did a great job. I will definitely be sticking with Justin Dorsey Plumbing from now on for everyone my home needs. Its a huge relief to finally have someone I can go to for plumbing that isn't going to try to drain me.

We have used Justin Dorsey Plumbing a few times since we bought our mid-century home in December. We call back to request our favorite technician. She is knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and we trust her judgement and recommendations. Business relationships like that are increasingly difficult to find. We will call back when we need you!

This should be a no star! Be aware! Prepare yourself for the morning of starting the project phone call..... Had service guy/ project estimator come out weeks before project was to begin, all was prompt. Service guy/ estimator said I will have you a quote the next day. A few days later after calling office asking for quote I finally get the quote. I called in to approve the quote and schedule the work. Project start day arrives and so does a phone call from service/ estimator. "We are loading up but noticed a problem with our quote we forgot a zero, are you prepared to pay this??". Wow...I was shocked. How do you move forward with a company after that. I was willing to have them continue the project, because my back was against the wall, but I asked the service manager to be fair with me. He called me back a few minutes later and said they could cut a couple hundred bucks. That is the wrong answer! The only answer is to do the job at time and material to keep a person like me who very seldom writes a review, write a review. You have lost a several year customer and I will tell this story the rest of my life.

Justin Dorsey Plumbing offers reasonable prices and high quality work! I used Justin Dorsey first for a main drain clog. Will, the technician, was on-time and completed the job satisfactory. I used Justin Dorsey again to replace my old cast iron drain lines. Tig, the technician, completed the job the same day, even though it was a really big job. Overall, I was impressed with Justin Dorsey and will be recommending Justin Dorsey to my family and friends!

As first-generation homeowners, Pat was patient and explained how to maintain our water heater properly. Now we have the confidence to keep up the maintenance. The pricing was fair. We will be repeat customers if an occasion arises!

If you need a water heater installed, Aqua Pro will install it at the most affordable price on the market. I called plenty of places, but nobody came close to the price they offered. And they did a great job too! Would recommend.

Right from the start AquaPro was professional. Returned calls, handled rescheduling without issue, and tried to find a way to help us when we had to cancel due to Covid. As soon as I new we were in the clear of Covid, I texted and got a quick appointment. When Pat arrived, he was professional, kind, and efficient. He was able to fix our water heater, was in and out in just about 2 hours, and the price was extremely fair. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
