I called Aqua Pro based on online reviews I could find. This was the first time I needed to hire a plumber since moving to the area and buying a home. Mary answered the phone quickly and were very professional. They came out quickly and our plumber Pat was extremely polite, professional, and gave us thorough information. I don’t have much to compare to, but it seems their prices are fair. A family member who also lives in our area was around when AquaPro came, too. She had just hired a different plumber recently, and seemed like she would rather while not upset with that plumber exactly, she took an AquaPro card and seemed impressed with their service and prices compared to the plumber she had recently hired. We are very pleased with their work!

We called Aqua plumbing back in January because of issues with our hot water. Pat came out the next day and explained we had a leak somewhere. Once the leak was located, in the dining room under the concrete, Pat and Mary came out two days later and fixed the leaking pipe ($4,000). Pat explained thoroughly what he did to fix it and showed me pictures of before and after. Yay I could finally take a long hot shower.

Fast forward two months later and I’m taking short lukewarm showers again. We called aqua plumbing and they came out 2days later. The copper pipe had another leak an inch from the previous repair. Just my luck it wasn’t covered under warranty. Pat sat down with me and explained the new situation and said he was going to fix the new leak with No charge to me. It showed me that there are still honest good people out there and their names are Pat and Mary. If you are needing a plumber Pat is a stand up guy and I highly recommend them. I will make sure everyone in our HOA knows to call Aqua Plumbing with any issues. Thank you again, 10 stars ⭐️.

Aqua Pro Plumbing did an outstanding job. We have used them numerous times and Pat has been very knowledgeable and professional. He saved us from a huge mistake that our counter top installers made. Things were done correctly so our new faucets fit perfectly after the counter tops were finished. We had new spigots installed outside, 2 new toilets and a new faucet. All of this was done efficiently and within the estimate given. I would recommend Aqua Pro Plumbing to anyone and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Great scheduling, on time, and super coordination by the technicians to discuss all major and minor issues that needed to be resolved during the removal of old equipment and the installation of 2 new large ceiling fans with lights and a bathroom exhaust
fan with heater and lights. Peterman is a great contractor with very knowledgable, courteous and helpful techs and reasonable pricing. We have used them for many projects over 5 years.

We had an electrical emergency and needed to replace our old panel box. Shawn and Jeremy, and I don't remember the 3rd guys name were all excellent! I appreciate all the help they provided me and my family in making sure we had all of our electrical needs met, safely! I'm sure some of my many questions were getting old, but they never once made me feel like it. I endured a house fire due to electrical issues as a child, and they have given me peace of mind that my family would be safe moving forward!

Carlos was on time and very friendly and courteous. He cleaned our HVAC system in a timely manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about the recommendations that he made to us, providing us with verbal information and a written estimate via email. Would recommend Carlos and Peterman Brothers for your heating and plumbing needs.

Had my annual plumbing maintenance done. Marc took care of me and was very friendly and helpful as he provided recommendations and advice. Look forward to future service with Peterman Brothers.

I can’t recommend Peterman Brothers Heating Cooling Plumbing enough! They came out the same day I called, and unlike other companies, they didn’t charge any extra fees for the quick service. The plumber was professional, efficient, and fixed the issue perfectly. Great customer service and fair pricing—I’ll definitely be using them again!! Ricky with Peterman Brothers came to our house to diagnose and repair a potential water heater issue . He arrived early and from the moment he started talking I knew this company was the one. He was thorough and very helpful. He talked and explained everything. He found the issue within minutes and repaired it. I trusted him so much and this company we got a new water softener today also. Peterman brothers and staff really care about their customers!

James was my electrian and he was able to fit me in his schedule 4 days earlier than I had originally requested, which was very helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided many options to fit my budget, was extremely professional and efficient with his time, and fixed the electrical issue exactly as he said he would. James was very honest, patient, calm, and personable, and I felt he was very confident in getting the job done. I really appreciate his thorough assessment of the problem and his expertise in fixing it!

Peterman. Brothers were amazing! My furnace stopped working yesterday and I immediately called Peterman Brothers! They were quick to get a technician out to fix the problem. Nick was professional, courteous and very personable! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue! I would highly recommend Peterman Brothers for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs! The best thing is they have a membership program that is extremely reasonable and will help maintain our HVAC and plumbing throughout the year! If you are not set up with Peterman Brothers membership, call them and get them to take care of you!
