Another great service call from Peterman. As we are working through replacing and fixing items in our house, they have been great to work with, always providing good options and helping us prioritize all the work. The membership has definitely been worth it for our peace of mind.

Trey was great. He installed a bunch of light fixtures for me, one with some customization, and was friendly and upbeat the whole time. One ended up being faulty, but he was happy to reinstall the old fixture and remove that from the cost. Between that and getting out so quickly for an appointment, I'm more than happy.

James Carver and others were so extremely helpful to us. We sold the home and needed a repair 4 days before closing! They did it and with courtesy! Would highly recommend!

When Steve arrived, he was very informational. He checked everything and made sure that everything was taken care of.
He did everything that he was supposed to do. He did a visual. He looked at everything make sure it was no leaks. He chucked outside and looked at my Spicket. See what the problem might be and how much would cost me he gave me six different estimates on what I could do To fix everything.

Such a bad initial experience. I was hoping for so much better from a local company that I have known for the better part of the 25 years that I've lived in their area. It's not a problem to have an AI bot answer the phone because I guess they get a lot of calls. But for that AI agent to schedule a service call and then to have it canceled without notifying me because they apparently don't want to do the work is really not good. They would not give me a reason. So I'm left wondering what it is they do if they don't do what they say they're going to do but then they don't do it. This is just my experience. I hope yours is better.

Great experience! I’m putting in new counters and the process has been fast moving. I needed to have my sink removed asap so I could continue the counter project. I contacted Peterman Brothers on Monday and they could get me in on Tuesday or Wednesday that same week. Jacob came in and had my sink removed in under an hour. He was extremely nice and respectful. He made sure to wear shoe covers so he didn’t dirty the floor then made sure to not damage anything during and after the sink removal. I will use them in the future!

I have used Peterman Brothers for nearly all of my household needs for a few years now. Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical, for break fix scenarios, and new system implementations. For every discipline, they have been outstanding. The quality of work is top tier, and their technicians are true professionals. They provide professional recommendations, do not pressure sales, and always provide high quality work. Today Rob from Peterman Brother’s came to my house to show me how to operate the programming thermostat that was installed 3 days ago with my new furnace and AC units. Well he did a great job in explaining things and we set the thermostat to how I wanted it. Secondly and unexpectedly he spent 3 hours inspecting the installation job and improving the installation of my units. Rob is a pro and very clean about his work.

Kacey came out to do a check up on the water softeners in two townhomes we rent. She explained everything so well and took extra time to help me understand how a softener works and what maintenance I would need to do to keep them functioning well. She was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Peterman’s and Kacey.

My technician was very friendly and thorough. I appreciate how he took into consideration what things were higher priority to help me decide what to do. All that and the price has been great compared to companies I'd used before.

The guy who came out today was fantastic! He was thorough and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he went about fixing it. Would recommend again! Also appreciate the fact they were able to send a tech out today within a few hours.

How can they keep getting better. Our service appointment today was an annual plumbing check up. The service person,Joshua, was absolutely outstanding; he did a thorough inspection of all faucets, toilets, the water heater, the pressure valve plus more. His evaluation report was extremely well written and easy to understand. He gave a variety of estimates regarding preventative maintenance Ideas and one repair estimate for an issue that we identified with one of the toilets. Joshua was personal, professional and knowledgeable.

We have used Peterman Brothers in the past for several plumbing, gas, and electrical work. We have always been pleased with their service. Yesterday we contacted Peterman Brothers regarding a plumbing issue with one of our outside spigots. They promptly scheduled an appointment for today. Joshua shows up on time. He, and Burton, were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They assessed the issue and gave us multiple options on how to resolve the issue. No high pressure sales. They went over the estimates and emailed us a copy to review. Again, we were very pleased with Peterman Brothers.

I had a gas leak and called the gas company who identified that a pipe needed to be repaired. I called and spoke to an agent at Peterman Brothers and she said the consultation fee was $85. I asked for it to be waived and she agreed. An appointment was set for 8am to 12pm. A technician came and I gave him the paper from the gas coy so he could start work. He told me the associate on the phone was not supposed to waive the charge and that they have a $275 fee for consultation and not even $85 and after that charge me for the leak repair. This company is deceptive. I will not recommend them to anyone. The technician also confirmed that this situation happens often. If you want to use them, be sure that they are upfront and honest with you. They just wasted half of my leave day. I am getting another company to come do the repair.

Steve H was our plumber and I couldn’t recommend him more. He was friendly, clear with explaining what was going on and I felt like we were in good hands with him.

While making astronomical payments on this HVAC system, this past Friday we set up for a technician to come and do a SIMPLE media filter change that’s supposed to be apart of our so called “membership” for free which apparently now we have to pay for those, that’s a different matter in itself. Anyways this technician shows up, unplugs my electronic media filter , leaves it leaning on my HVAC system, leaves MY ladder out , but most incredibly is my unit doesn’t have any damn power , my thermostat isn’t even working !!! I don’t have any idea what this “so called technician “ did but this is complete and utter garbage service!! Absolutely terrible!!!
