My heat pump furnace was not keeping up with the outside low temperatures. They were able to come out address the issue with the extra mile to get it up and running the same day. They went above and beyond and we are so happy.

Had my AC go out in the middle of the summer and they were able to get a technician out to my home within 1.5 hours of calling. They were very helpful, professional, reasonably priced, and thorough servicing my home. I’m extremely happy with my experience and will be calling New Wave for all my AC/Furnace service work in the future.

Recently had some work done where they inserted a flue liner in my furnace chimney stack and I was aslo having some sweating/condensation issues with my ducts that caused some mold issues. They came right out and solved both of my problems rather quickly.

We have been using New Wave for our heating/cooling needs for years. They installed our carrier system several years ago and have been out recently for repairs and maintenance. They are always kind, prompt and honest. Our furnace quit working today and they came right out. Turns out it just needed some cleaning and maintenance and now it’s up and running again. So many companies would have tried to upsell us something we didn’t actually need but New Wave has always been honest. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Had a gas smell in house from dryer checkd all lines in house finding source from dryer not lines. Came out that day. Put my mind at ease Also did some repairs that weren't emergency but needed to be done warranty on parts. Service was done ptompt. Technician showed up at time promised.

Have been with another heating/air company 30 + years. We had purchased a new furnace and ac system 8 years ago only to have constant issues. Woke up to no heat. Called the company that installed and serviced our system, quotes to repair were thru the roof! Was told repair was a waste and wouldn't last, we should buy a new system. That price was beyond acceptable from the company that sold us the last turd. So I lined up 2 quotes from different friend recommended companies.
