Looking to have a professionally done brick patio? MLS is your solution. Shawn is very responsive from day 1. After we spoke on the phone discussing the initial plan, he was able to come out the next day. He then followed up that day with renderings of my actual backyard and what the patio could look like. The quote I received was a lot more affordable than any of the other quotes I received and the lead time Shawn was able to offer was weeks and not months out. The top notch service was also delivered by the foreman Dave and his crew. The deck removal, patio installation and grass seed/cleanup was all done in 3-4 days. Very impressed with the overall experience and I would highly recommend MLS to anyone looking for high class service and a company who puts the customer first!

I contacted MLS for a small backyard design at my house and I could not be happier of how to project turned out! From the initial phone call, to design meetings, to the execution of the project, Shawn and Dave were always professional, cordial, and patient with all questions and concerns I had. As most homeowners, I shopped around with two other local landscape contractors. MLS was the ONLY company willing to work with my set budget, had the most comprehensive design/proposal, and was cheaper than the other competitors by thousands of dollars! I strongly believe that are two types of companies out there: the ones who are after your money; and the ones who love what they do and want to build a relationship with their clients. MLS is definitely in business because they love what they do and it shows. For instance, I had a very ugly sod damage from ATT digging into the easement portion of my yard. Every time I looked outside and saw the damage that stretched into 1/4 of my yard, I wanted to cry. If you seen the after-mass of ATT digging into peoples properties, you know what I am talking about. I reach out to Shawn asking him if it was possible to save some sod from his digging project so my husband could transfer the grass into the ugly damages. However, my husband was out of country on a family medical emergency, leaving the task to me. Shawn not only fixed the ATT damages free of charge, he also laid out brand new sod to area since my sod was untransferable. My yard is now a small oasis, a place I like to hang out and to look at. I am very thankful for Shawn, Dave, and everyone at MSL crew. If you have a landscape project at your house, big or small, give MLS a call. You won’t regret it.

The front of our house is now the envy of the neighborhood thanks to MLS! They did a wonderful job installing a grill pad, several full-size trees, and river rocks. I highly recommend them for their professional service.

He showed us examples in his office of digital landscape layouts, offered financing options, and was very flexible on materials and coat options. His team came to the house, did a great job, were very professional, and took everything with them. I had absolutely no clean up to do. They even put in a couple small plants for us.
