Highly upset with with the results. The front looks just like the back. I can't believe they still calling wanting my business. After all the rain and sunshine. I was told our yard would thrive come the following spring. Spring is here. This is the result. After looking at some of the reviews, shame on you TruGreen. I remember my wife said we was billed and no work was done. Irrigating was being done late in the process. Seems like if you are not home when they come, they will just not do anything and bill you.

Cory was efficient and careful. Spring Green has always been reliable and fairly priced.

Tyler Cooksey, had been both personable and professional in my experience with him and True Green.
There were a number of unfortunate situations that arose from the start of my services with True Green and Tyler was always (even after normal business hours) there to correct the concerns.

My last experience with TruGreen was very different from the past. Previously, I had issues with a technician who made excuses about the weeds in my yard, which left me frustrated. James reassured me that this wasn’t the standard of service and promised that the next technician would address my concerns. He was absolutely right. Landon was the complete opposite of what I had experienced before. He took the time to listen, asked about the specific problems I was having, and focused on those areas while treating my lawn. That kind of care and attention makes a big difference. Because of people like James and Landon, I feel confident continuing with TruGreen and would recommend them to others.

I always trust TruGreen, they do a great job. Ive been with them for a very long time. Always professional, friendly and courteous.

Back in September I rec'd a call from Tru GREEN to set up a lawn service again. It was a Sunday after Church, she talked us into lawn service and TRU PRO Aeroation and seeding. And if we paid up front we would get a discount. We explained our card was compromised and we wouldn't be able to pay until it came in due to the fact our card gives us rewards. She said that is fine, nothing would be charged until we called in. I called in when our card came in and explained what was said above. We got a bill showing the price of everything including a GRUB CONTROL that we did not discuss and I asked them to remove it when they were supposed to settle up to include the prepay for all the treatments including the Aeration and seeding. I was in my account today and see that they did not take out the payment for prepay and they are charging us for each individual service. With this being said, we want to cancel our account and we will find another lawn service that will keep their word.

I spoke with this person ID twice 178407 10.06 & 10.17 and he said he remembered talking to us and would get our account fixed. I spoke to a lady today who just did not care about what was agreed upon.

TrueGreen has been fantastic so far. One yard application and one tree and shrub application and both times the service was there when they said they were going to be and the two different gentleman were friendly and knowledgeable !

Christian did AMAZING! Very thorough and made sure to overseed the problem spots in my lawn! I believe this is year 3 of service from Trugreen and will definitely have them back next fall!

Today, James treated for mosquitos and crawling insects. He rang the doorbell to let me know he was here and made sure to ask if I had any questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I received a text message to remind me my service would be completed this morning. I appreciated the communication and I like using the app to see my invoices and services.

James did a thorough application making sure to spray all bushes and low hanging tree branches as well as any areas that might harbor mosquitoes or crawling insects.

I would recommend Tru-green for tree and shrub and mosquito treatment. I am very happy with the technicians, the communication and the service.

I've used TruGreen lawn care for a few years now. They always keep me notified of the service time, and the applicators always do a great job avoiding gardens and flower plantings on the property. The lawn continues to improve looking full and healthy. They do a good job.

Issac A was here today to apply a lawn application. He knocked at the door and took the time to listen to a concern I had about my lawn and gave me advice on how to treat the fungus that I had. He went above and beyond applying my fertilizer and treating for weeds. I appreciate how detail oriented he was and I truly felt that I received a very thorough lawn treatment. Thanks for the excellent service, Issac!

I paid $300 for TruGreen’s weed control service and it was a complete waste of money. After their treatment, none of the weeds were gone – my yard looks the same as before. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I expected results for the price I paid, but got nothing in return. Poor service, not worth the cost.

We have had the worst experience with them. So many weeds after each time they come. I call to have them reservice and they never get rid of them I truly don’t know what they do. Then I will call again for Reservice and they say that I have to pay more because it is past the 30 days. Now my yard is covered head to toe with lawn rust. I get that it has a lot to do with the weather but it is also to do with proper fertilization and other factors. My neighbors have no lawn rust and mine is covered… the only difference is I use this treatable company and they don’t I am canceling service but I am sure they won’t actually do it and will just charge me like they did last time I tried to cancel.

My experience with true green has been nothing but great! My lawn has never looked so full and green, also the people are very pleasant and professional, you can’t go wrong with true green . Donald U

We look forward to meeting with the Specialist as scheduled on September 26th for lawn treatment. Unfortunately, no one showed up. We were not informed of the cancellation. We waited to speak to the specialist for the remedial action of the weeds in the lawn.

I called TruGreen in the spring of this year and paid in full for 6 treatments. I paid for weed control as well as fertilization. They did 2 treatments and I never seen a reduction in weeds, in fact the weeds were out of control! They then canceled 3 times on my 3rd treatment causing a 2 month gap pushing my last treatment to November. I called and requested a full refund and I was told that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. That was on July 30th and here we are the middle of August and no refund! If you’re looking for a lawn care company don’t go with this joke of a company!!!!!

Brent ( retd US navy) your agronomist ...did a splendid job. Very professional ...this is what makes us stick with True Green!! GREAT WORK!!

Peter was very communicative and did exactly as expected. He said the next application should be only weed control, no fertilizer, as he did not want to overdo at this later stage of the growing season. I appreciated his desire for detail. He had been here before so knew the property, and that made it somewhat easier for me to explain the boundary lines. I would be happy to have Peter return at any time. Thank you.

Had a 1/2 hr conversation stating we had just put fertilizer down. ONLY needed weeds treated. Was assured and reassured this could be done. Was told notes were added. They made sure I also paid before application was done. Forward to day of application. I called again and made sure it was understood again and was told notes again were taken and a text would be sent to person doing application. Couple hours later get text with PDF explaining treatment and what was applied. 106lbs of fertilizer applied. So now I am dealing with over 200 lbs of fertilizer on yard in less that 10 days and 5-6 days of 95 degree weather coming in with no rain. I have called and spoken to several service reps. Keep getting the “I will hear from someone”. Has not happened as of yet. DO NOT use this company. I was told they were not to be trusted but I wanted to give them the opportunity. Totally burned by them as well as my yard! Stay far away. Not good to deal with and they run from their problems.

Update: Yard is burned probably beyond repair and they missed a ton of the weeds(foxtail, crabgrass). Very poor coverage as you can see green streaks in the lawn where I still have foxtail and crabgrass growing. Horrible service and will now have to call in another company to take care of the remaining weeds they missed with the initial treatment. Use them at your own risk. They are not set up to handle many situations and certainly cannot handle negative situations.

Brayden was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about his work. He told us how the lawn treatment work and what to expect.
