We have used Air Care for over 3 years now! They are fast, affordable and have awesome customer service. I will never go anywhere else!

They left a pipe completely disconnected from my furnace. Not just unglued but completely disconnected. Then they charged me $288.00 for a job they said would be $70+ a little over $100 for a tray that was cracked.

Had no heat for four days. The owner himself came and fixed my unit!!!!! Wow. Talk about service on the top level....I will never use anybody else.

Excellent service. Honest and competitive pricing. We won't shop anywhere else. We've had them do regular maintenance, minor repairs and now a whole new A/C and furnace. All with top quality.

Was planning a furnace replacement. Started acting up on a friday , had an estimate for a new model on saturday. That night furnace died completely and turned into an emergency situation. Monday by lunch it was replaced and running. Chris did the estimate , Dustin and his helper did the replacement and i give all these guys 5 stars across the board.

Called them to come check out our A/C, the guy told my wife that a bunch of stuff was wrong with it and he did not want to work on it. Charged us $100 for what? Called Moore’s heating and air and they came out and took him 15 mins to fix!! Charged us under $100!!! Feel like I got burned out of $100 just because he didn’t want to work on it.

Air Care Heating and Air has provided service for our 18 rental units for years. This time it was our personal furnace that quit putting out heat on a cold (below freezing) and windy Friday. Chris was there even earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Once again we had great service. I would highly recommend Air Care Heating and Cooling for your furnace or ac needs.

My furnace went out Christmas eve morning Dustin Lower took time out of his schedule to come and get me fixed so me and my family could have a nice Christmas. This is the best heating and air-conditioning coming in Omaha bar none. He’s an amazing Heating and air-conditioning person who works for a great company. Highly recommend five stars doesn’t do it enough
